We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Solutions Architect to join our custom development and professional services team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of our team and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver solutions to our clients.
\nResponsibilities:\nDeveloping Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi\nDeveloping CI/CD pipelines for Cloud Deployments\nDeveloping custom automation (Lambda Functions/ Azure functions)\nEfficient with programming languages (Python, JavaScript, bash, powershell, C#)\nManaging code repositories and performing peer code reviews\nAbility to maintain the code hygiene and writing test cases for the solutions\nMentoring and training implementation engineers\nAssist with proof of concepts for strategic and enterprise customers\nWork side-by-side with customers to design, build, and deploy complex integrations\nEstablish partnerships and strategic relationships with contacts at our biggest brands\nTime management is critical and should be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously\nAnalyse and audit existing Helpshift implementations for the purpose of making improvements\nBecome an expert at using Helpshift’s administrative tools which include a suite of AI products, bots, and other mission-critical support functions\nWork collaboratively with Account Manager, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, and Sales to ensure customers’ overall success with the product\nOccasional travel to client site or other offices (up to 25%)
\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of SaaS experience in a specialization such as consulting services, technical pre-sales or technical project management\nProven experience translating ambiguous customer requirements into actionable technical solutions\nProficient with any of: Python, Go, C#, Node.js, Powershell\nProficient with deploying cloud solutions on AWS or Azure (preferred)\nFamiliar with technical SaaS concepts such as SDKs, APIs and cloud computing\nExceptionally organized and a project manager at heart\nUnderstanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts\nValue performing tasks as efficiently as possible and dislike seeing mistakes repeated\nExcellent communication skills and are comfortable leading meetings with customer executives and analysts alike\nProficient in the entire G-Suite and can perform data analysis tasks including generating pivot tables and writing complex formulas in Sheets/Excel\nCurious about complex systems and a natural problem solver\nBuild rapport with customers as a consultative seller\nVisual Storytelling – Use visual narratives to share a lot of information in a short amount of time\nExperience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies in cloud environments a plus\nWorking EST/PST hours
