<p>As a key member of our team, you will implement UI and HUD features in-game, using design specs, wireframes, and prototypes as a guide. You will collaborate closely with XD Technical Leads, Engineers, and UI Artists to ensure your work aligns with both the creative vision and technical constraints.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement UI and HUD features in-game, using design specs, wireframes, and prototypes as a guide.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with XD Technical Leads, Engineers, and UI Artists to ensure your work aligns with both the creative vision and technical constraints.</li>
<li>Build UI systems using proprietary or third-party tools such as Unreal, Unity, or internal engines.</li>
<li>Help define and apply best practices for scalable, modular, and maintainable UI architecture, especially in a live service context.</li>
<li>Translate visual UI concepts into interactive, responsive, and performant in-game experiences.</li>
<li>Iterate on menus, HUDs, and interactive elements based on playtest feedback, usability insights, and technical goals.</li>
<li>Provide feedback and support to more junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and documentation.</li>
<li>Work with QA and Production to track and resolve bugs, polish interactions, and meet performance targets from development to launch and beyond.</li>
<li>Champion UI consistency, accessibility, and usability across the product.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience working in UI/UX design and technical implementation within games or interactive media.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with game engines such as UMG (Unreal Motion Graphics UI Designer), Unity, or proprietary tools, particularly in UI systems development.</li>
<li>Solid scripting abilities (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Swift, or internal scripting languages) and experience implementing UI logic, data hooks, and behaviors.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of UI architecture, modular design patterns, and workflows that scale for live service content.</li>
<li>A good eye for UX flow, usability, and interaction feedback.</li>
<li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills,you enjoy working across disciplines to find the best solutions.</li>
<li>Experience shipping at least two full-cycle game projects (console, PC); AAA or live-service game experience a strong plus.</li>
<li>A portfolio or reel that showcases your UI/UX implementation skills and problem-solving approach.</li>
</ul>
<p>Bonus Points:</p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with American football,either professionally, as a fan, or through previous project experience.</li>
<li>Experience mentoring junior designers or driving team-wide initiatives without formal people management responsibilities.</li>
<li>Passion for sports gaming, and a desire to create accessible, intuitive, and exciting experiences for millions of players.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Sr. Game Designer on EA SPORTS College Football, you&#39;ll be a hands-on creator who builds new presentation features and complex systems. You&#39;ll partner closely with design, engineering, and content teams to prototype, implement, iterate, and polish,from early concept through live tuning.</p>
<p>Responsibilities: Work with designers, engineers and other creatives to develop the vision and innovate on compelling gameplay systems. Implement and drive gameplay systems and/or modes from concept to ship quality. Align and collaborate with multiple disciplines and communicate the vision of gameplay features. Ensure a high-quality release by bug fixing, balancing, and creating a fun gameplay experience. Pitch ideas, provide feedback and rapid iteration with the team</p>
<p>Requirements: Proven ability to use AI to problem solve and quickly prototype/tune systems Worked on multiple shipped titles as a AAA Game Designer Passion for crafting gameplay systems, mechanics and game modes. Familiarity, passion and knowledge of American Football and football products. Expertise in comprehending the game design process, specifically with game mechanics and design theory.</p>
<p>Nice to have: Experience with content-driven game engines (Unreal, Frostbite, Unity, GtkRadiant). Experience developing in a multiplayer live service environment. Experience with scripting languages (such as Lua, Python, Javascript, and/or other scripting languages).</p>
