<p>The position carries full responsibility for alliance performance, operating model integrity, and sustained expansion.</p>
<p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the global Capgemini alliance P&amp;L, including revenue growth, deployment velocity, and long-term expansion.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Run OpenAI’s side of the <strong>AI Transformation Alliance,</strong> the operating system for hundreds of joint clients / enterprise AI transformation opportunities</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Serve as OpenAI’s senior executive counterpart to Capgemini’s global leadership.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Set joint priorities, resolve escalations, and drive coordinated execution at scale.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Direct allocation of OpenAI’s research, product, and GTM resources across Capgemini-led engagements.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Govern Capgemini’s access to tiered OpenAI benefits, including engineering engagement, roadmap collaboration, co-build initiatives, and GTM priority, tied to performance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead co-selling and execution of large, complex enterprise AI Cloud transformation opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Engage directly with enterprise executives across procurement, security, legal, risk, and technology functions.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure Capgemini delivers OpenAI enterprise products as part of consulting cycles from strategy through long-term operations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Enforce delivery quality, certification standards, and conflict-of-interest guardrails across Capgemini’s global workforce.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Define vertical strategy and lighthouse account selection across priority industries.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Stand up OpenAI’s dedicated Capgemini alliance team across partner management, technical success, enablement, and operations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build leadership bench strength and establish a durable cadence for alliance execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You might thrive in this role if you have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed. Master degree or MBA preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, or growth roles within SaaS or product-led organizations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Deep Capgemini experience with trusted senior-level relationships and strong command of internal decision dynamics.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ownership of large-scale, multi-year partnerships with full commercial and operational accountability.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Global systems-integrator leadership experience across sales, delivery, and enablement.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Direct leadership in complex enterprise transformation deals involving executive sponsors and enterprise governance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to design and scale joint operating models between large organizations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>High-stakes execution leadership with comfort operating under accountability.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to influence cross-functional leaders across product, sales, legal, communications, and partner organizations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Platform and services go-to-market fluency.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Enterprise AI, cloud, and data transformation literacy with credibility among CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.</li>
