<p>Contribute as an individual designer: Own end-to-end design for significant work in your area, from problem framing through final details, alongside your team&#39;s projects.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll be a strong fit for this role if you have:</p>
<p>Managed designers before, with 1-2 years of prior experience.</p>
<p>A strong design craft, producing work you&#39;re proud of and can articulate why it&#39;s good.</p>
<p>The ability to manage your time across both leading a team and doing the work.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Help craft internal dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track experiment outcomes and knowledge transfer.</li>
<li>Participate in cross-functional workshops, giving input on feasibility, timelines, and resource needs.</li>
<li>Contribute to hardware-to-AI connectivity tests (CAN, Ethernet, sensors, edge devices) to verify end-to-end data flow from the vehicle to AI services.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Actively pursuing a Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.</li>
<li>Interest in AI &amp; automotive technology and a desire to work hands-on with data and hardware.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Python (or similar) and basic data-analysis workflows.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German a plus.</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and integrity when handling sensitive data.</li>
<li>Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles up to 40 hours per week.</li>
