<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Drive AI and Technology Transformation: Implement, configure, and optimize innovative HR tech solutions and workflow automation platforms ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and usability.</li>
<li>Map and Optimize Processes: Document and analyze current HR processes, with a strong focus on Workday and Greenhouse configuration and improvement. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for leveraging automation, AI, or technical enhancements.</li>
<li>Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to define problem statements and requirements as well as partnering with dedicated engineering resources to research, define, and deliver People team AI use cases. Work together to turn business requirements into high-impact, AI enabled solutions.</li>
<li>Influence and Lead Change: Champion change by influencing stakeholders to adopt new technology enabled ways of working, improving legacy processes, and driving organizational readiness for transformation.</li>
<li>Evaluate, Integrate, and Support: Assess new HR and AI tools for integration and ensure quality implementation.</li>
<li>Upskill and Enable: Develop and present training materials to ensure strong user adoption of new tools and processes.</li>
<li>Benchmark and Innovate: Proactively research trends in HR tech and AI, identifying new opportunities and continuously improving team practices.</li>
</ul>
<p>What we&#39;re looking for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI powered tools in HR with a depth of understanding in use cases, and best practices.</li>
<li>5+ years of HR Tech experience, with significant hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting HRIS, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven HR tools.</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive successful technology projects from concept through implementation, including process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and change management.</li>
<li>Strategic, innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, and who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communicator and collaborator experienced in stakeholder management, business analysis, and user training.</li>
<li>Deep curiosity for emerging tech and a continuous improvement mindset. Always scanning the HR tech and AI landscape for the next opportunity.</li>

<p>We are looking for a Product Manager who has a solid appetite for working close to the Chromium based platform and can pair product judgment with hands on, AI enabled ways of working to move quickly, learn faster than competitors, and deliver real user value.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Identify, define, and evolve product opportunities by combining user research, data, competitive insights, and ongoing feedback across areas such as search, reading, privacy, Copilot integration, and cross device continuity.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Design and run experiments, interpret results, and guide investment decisions using both traditional analytics and AI assisted workflows.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Leverage AI tools to monitor, interpret, and quickly react to user voices across app reviews, feedback, and other signals.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Work closely with engineering and design partners to decide which capabilities should align with Chromium and where Edge should purposefully diverge, while shipping high quality features on a regular release cadence.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure smooth app release schedules and collaborate with business development and marketing teams on app store promotions and in product launches.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Drive adoption and growth through in product experiences and clear communication of plans, results, and learnings to stakeholders and leadership.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development or equivalent experience.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Solid product mindset grounded in customer needs, business outcomes, and quality at scale.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to own ambiguous problems end to end, from framing and discovery through delivery, iteration, and learning.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Comfort designing experiments, reading data, and using evidence to make and explain product decisions.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Familiarity with working on large, technically complex products and navigating tradeoffs between platform capabilities and product differentiation.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast moving environment while maintaining focus on what matters most.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Willingness to act with a bias toward action, using AI assisted tools and workflows to test ideas quickly and avoid long dependency chains.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to create clarity through concise written and verbal communication with engineering, design, test partners, and leadership.</p>
