      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As our Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping Mistral&#39;s adoption with our largest customers across various industries. You will drive deals end-to-end, from prospective, first intro call until closing and beyond, together with our dedicated implementation specialist, tech, and legal teams.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading development of strategic outbound and qualified inbound leads</li>
<li>Handling customer negotiation end-to-end, together with our legal and implementation specialist team</li>
<li>Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, heads of innovation/AI, and other key decision-makers within target organisations</li>
</ul>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>7-10 years experience in Sales (enterprise sales/consultative selling, ideally selling a highly complex, technical product)</li>
<li>Excellent academics: Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field</li>
<li>Significant work experience within AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field</li>
<li>Experience at successful fast-growing startup, ideally in deep-tech</li>
<li>Strong technical skills to navigate quickly evolving products and steer technical discussions</li>
<li>Excellent English, Dutch, additional language welcome (e.g. German, Spanish, etc.)</li>
<li>Outstanding negotiation and communication skills</li>
