KPIs around DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, and automation coverage.</li>\n<li>Own credit risk strategy for new and existing Americas customers, including credit policy, credit limit frameworks, nuances.</li>\n<li>Represent Americas AR in cross-functional initiatives spanning systems, controls, and finance transformation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience leading credit and collections teams in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment, including managing other managers.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience driving automation across credit and collections workflows, with measurable improvements to efficiency, coverage, or DSO.</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment, including use of credit reporting tools (e.g., D&amp;B, Experian) and financial statement analysis.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with ERP and AR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and
