<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>PhD/Master&#39;s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li>
<li>6/9+ years of ML engineering experience with ownership responsibility over large-scale software systems</li>
<li>Background in the design and development of AI and ML systems and services</li>
<li>Experience with LLM driven chatbot and Agentic AI products is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product &amp; design organizations</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Kaggle, the world&#39;s largest AI and ML developer community. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution for a core pillar of Kaggle&#39;s AI evaluation portfolio. This includes unifying our AI Evals Platform, scaling top-of-funnel growth, and expanding our agent arena offerings.</p>

<p>To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully shipping and scaling complex, highly technical software products. You will also need deep domain expertise in the modern AI ecosystem, with a hands-on, opinionated understanding of LLMs, agentic frameworks, and current methodologies for model benchmarking and evaluation.</p>
<p>You will be comfortable with ambiguity and able to define product direction in a fast-moving, novel space. You will also have a strong existing network or previous experience working directly with top-tier AI labs, research organizations, or open-source AI communities.</p>
<p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $192,000 USD - $278,000 USD + bonus + equity + benefits.</p>
