As a Contracting Operations Specialist, you will help us improve the user experience by processing and reviewing supplier contracting requests. You will partner with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Security, and Sourcing to improve collaboration between contracting and other functions, reducing Stripe&#39;s risk and improving visibility into our processes.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engaging internal stakeholders to prepare and drive contracts efficiently through the various stages of Stripe&#39;s third-party engagements process</li>\n<li>Partnering with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Security, and Sourcing to improve collaboration between contracting and other functions, reducing Stripe&#39;s risk and improving visibility into our processes</li>\n<li>Utilizing templates and fallback positions</li>\n<li>Managing pre-assigned engagements within our Contract Lifecycle Management system (Agiloft)</li>\n<li>Being responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management</li>\n<li>Analyzing our processes and instigating changes to help scale our operations and improve user experience</li>\n<li>Analyzing internal data to drive operational performance and pulling reporting from Agiloft to drive improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other Stripe teams to assist with internal and external ad-hoc requests. You will be a part of building a brand-new team and operational culture for Stripe.</p>\n<p>We&#39;re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
