As a Principal consultant with CRL team, your role will include the following:

• Design and delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes specializing in S/4HANA Finance including Central finance (CFIN), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO) and integration with other modules (MM, EWM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Integration with up-stream and common best of breeds solutions (BlackLine, Trintech or similar)
• Design and implement Finance Operating Model: Design the future role of Finance and outline how it will deliver services to the business in terms of process, technology, people and organization
• Designing and delivery of R2R best practice processes across all the sub-process areas e.g. fixed assets, intercompany, profitability analysis, product costing, project accounting, period end close, consolidation etc.
• Leading pre-sales conversations and helping clients to shape their Finance transformation journey roadmap
• Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development

We are looking for a Principal Consultant with a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. You should have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel are also required.

You should have strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices. Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project is also required. Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design, strong client-facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation are also required.

Embracing flexibility, adaptability, and a process improvement approach, you should have strong communication and presentation skills. A proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of the current trends and technical advancements is also required. A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services is also required.

The Role

Delivery of SAP enabled transformation programmes

• Specialising in Order to cash including integration touch points with the wider S/4 Finance and other adjacent modules like SAP CAR, SAP MM, SAP EWM and SAP FI
• Lead/Support Order to Cash pursuits and practice development
• Deliver SAP CAR solutions to support business use cases like real-time inventory visibility, POS data integration, demand sensing and other critical processes for retail, CPG and logistics clients
• Working with workstreams comprised of onshore and offshore resources
• Designing end-to-end solutions and ensuring all deliverables produced are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies
• Supporting client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in your area of expertise
• Building end to end solutions based on client requirements, and documenting functional specifications where a development object is required

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in this area
• Strong understanding of SAP OTC modules and their functionalities in CRL industry
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration
• Demonstrable experience of delivering S/4HANA as part of a transformation programme
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices with a background in Sales and Distribution and Order to Cash (OTC)
• Integration with desirable adjacent solutions like SAP CAR, SAP MM, SAP EWM and SAP FI
• Reasonable level of business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience in the CRL Industry
• Demonstrable experience of agile working practices on a SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project
• Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to effectively contribute through all phases of SAP implementation
