The successful candidate will manage and oversee the execution of one or multiple projects, leveraging a data-driven approach to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. The role requires collaboration with various teams across the organisation, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Production, and Facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scoping projects and owning their execution from initiation through completion
  • Developing schedules and budgets for projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborating across the organisation to deliver results
  • Collecting data, building analyses, and presenting findings to leadership
  • Translating and driving action from metrics, KPIs, and reporting associated with monitoring project health and efficiency

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, design engineering, consulting, change management, project management, program management, or engineering transformation.
