Anduril Industries is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Ashville, Ohio. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for our cutting-edge VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) counter-UAS interceptor, Roadrunner.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the manufacturing of Roadrunner from initial prototyping through large full-scale production
• Work with design engineers to drive design for manufacturing best practices into the design effort
• Act as a manufacturing liaison for mechanical fabrication and avionics with subject matter expertise in these areas
• Own documentation required for successfully manufacturing product group hardware at scale
• Advise on quality management and business application programs as they pertain to manufacturing
• Collaborate with internal customers and manufacturing planning teams to define capacity planning actions
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware
• Attitude of world-class mission assurance, quality, attention to detail, and dedication
• Genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to aircraft programs or other relevant aerospace & defense technologies
• Software scripting experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification

Salary Range: $99,000-$131,000 USD
