      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The Director Global Partners Office role is a senior position within BlackRock&#39;s Global Partners Office (GPO), which is responsible for helping the firm deliver differentiated capital and strategic advice to a small set of its most sophisticated global clients. The Director will operate with sound judgment across complex client situations, balance competing priorities, and drive progress across cross-functional initiatives. <p>The Director will also partner with clients to originate, prioritize, and advance complex cross-platform opportunities, including strategic partnerships, co-investments, bespoke solutions, and product co-creation. They will lead end-to-end execution of initiatives via content-led project management, setting direction, sequencing work, and making trade-offs across competing priorities.</p>
<p>Additionally, the Director will coordinate seamlessly across existing coverage/sales teams, regional leads, and investment teams to deliver the full BlackRock platform. They will support the allocation of firm resources intentionally toward the highest-impact initiatives, ensuring clarity of ownership and accountability.</p>
<p>The Director will build and lead high-performing teams by coaching, developing, and elevating VPs, Associates, and Analysts. They will create leverage by raising judgment, execution quality, and ownership across the team.</p>
<p>Experience/Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of relevant experience across capital markets, advisory, sales, or transaction-oriented roles with demonstrated decision proximity and ownership of outcomes</li>
<li>Deep asset class expertise, with the ability to lead senior client conversations credibly and exercise sound judgment across complex investment and portfolio topics</li>
<li>Demonstrated domain expertise in one or more core GPO client segments (i.e., global banks, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, or large public pensions), including fluency in their operating models, governance, and investment priorities</li>
<li>Proven track record of owning and converting complex commercial initiatives across multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, paired with an advisory mindset and the ability to translate content into action through disciplined, end-to-end execution</li>
<li>High operating maturity, with the ability to prioritize, make trade-offs, and deliver outcomes in ambiguous, high-pressure environments</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing senior-level materials and engaging confidently with executive audiences</li>
<li>Prior experience leading and developing talent, with a clear commitment to building team leverage</li>

<p>The Global Partners Office (GPO) is a newly formed client business group responsible for helping BlackRock deliver differentiated capital and strategic advice to the world&#39;s most sophisticated clients as they look to engage more expansively and creatively with fewer providers.</p>
<p>GPO partners cross-functionally to drive client strategy, coordination, and execution of cross-functional partnerships globally for a select set of our largest client relationships. GPO complements BlackRock&#39;s existing coverage model to strengthen and institutionalize the firm&#39;s C-suite connectivity and drive large commercial opportunities at the highest levels of client organizations.</p>
<p>Role Description</p>
<p>As an integral member of GPO, you will play a key role in deepening our firmwide partnership with our most complex clients across banks and asset owners (including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, and insurance) and delivering the full resources of BlackRock to these strategic client relationships. This position will provide you with a deep understanding of the breadth of our client relationships across BlackRock business lines and exceptional exposure to senior leadership at the regional and global level. You will be part of a collaborative, inquisitive, and high-performing team with significant upside growth potential.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Support a small, globally-oriented team by coordinating day-to-day activities and assisting with communication across senior business leaders and stakeholders.</li>

<li>Work with Executive Sponsors to help identify commercial opportunities.</li>

<li>Draft briefing materials and assist with agenda preparation for executive-level meetings under guidance from senior team members.</li>
