our warfighters.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Dive-XL and XL-AUV programs, aligning with Anduril&#39;s overarching systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced degree (Master&#39;s or Ph.D.) is highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of progressive experience in defense program management, with a significant focus on complex, hardware-intensive, and software-enabled systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience leading and delivering large-scale, multi-year programs, ideally in the defense sector.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of success in managing programs involving autonomous systems, unmanned vehicles (especially AUVs), or advanced naval technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with agile development methodologies and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Bonus Points:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct experience with AUV development, testing, or operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with underwater acoustics, sonar, navigation, and communication systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like
