\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:
\nConducting comprehensive testing on silicon implementations of high-speed analog integrated circuits in a cutting-edge R&D lab environment.
\nReviewing and debugging silicon under test, as well as supporting associated hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.
\nSupport Customer Silicon Bringup.
\nExecuting detailed characterization tests and preparing clear, actionable test reports for cross-functional teams.
\nDesigning and developing test boards and hardware solutions to facilitate robust test, debug, and characterization processes.
\nApplying theoretical circuit knowledge to investigate, interpret, and explain circuit behavior and limitations during validation.
\nCollaborating with analog designers, hardware engineers, and firmware teams to refine silicon performance and drive innovation.
\nAutomating test procedures using Python and leveraging FPGA programming skills for custom test flow development.

\nEnhance product quality and customer satisfaction through rigorous testing and insightful reporting.

\nSupport the continuous improvement of lab methodologies and test automation strategies, driving operational excellence.
\nWhat You’ll Need:
\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent technical field with at least 3+ years of industry direct related experience.
\nStrong analog IC circuit knowledge and hands-on experience with silicon validation.
\nExpertise in debugging complex hardware systems and using advanced lab equipment (oscilloscopes, BERTs, network analyzers).
\nProficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis.
\nWorking knowledge of FPGA programming (Verilog) and hardware development.
\nUnderstanding of interface protocols such as PCI Express and Ethernet.
\nFamiliarity with NRZ and PAM4 encoding, as well as communication interfaces (JTAG, I2C, SPI).
\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
