<p>Your mission is to ensure that project blockers are removed and that infrastructure is deployed to CoreWeave&#39;s exacting standards. In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Project Planning and Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous data center deployment projects, including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all parties involved and hold meetings with your vendors and site to meet timelines.</li>
<li>Resource Management: Effectively manage and allocate resources (teams, tools, budget), ensuring that all project phases are adequately staffed and equipped to meet fast-paced timelines.</li>
<li>Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.</li>
<li>Scheduling &amp; Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed contractual constraints.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance: Ensure that all data center deployments meet technical and quality standards, including compliance with industry best practices and local regulations.</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, and give regular progress reports.</li>
<li>Technical Oversight and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to teams, in collaboration with experts, on best practices for data center design and deployment, including considerations for power, cooling, networking, and physical security.</li>
<li>Continual Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance data center operations.</li>
<li>Project Oversight: Travel to up to 60% of data center locations to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with local teams, contractors, and vendors during on-site visits.</li>

<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of demonstrated experience in data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or technical project management within a data center environment.</li>
<li>Project Management Skills: Proven ability to successfully manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, utilizing a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.</li>
<li>Data Center Operations: In-depth technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems. Demonstrated familiarity with data center best practices and industry standards.</li>
<li>Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose innovative solutions, supported by strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.</li>
<li>Compliance and Security: Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE), data center compliance requirements, security protocols, and risk management practices.</li>
<li>Flexibility and Adaptability: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing requirements, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% to data center locations to support project execution, sometimes on short notice.</li>
<li>Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, or similar) are a plus.</li>
