<p>The successful candidate will partner with R&amp;D functional representatives to develop and improve resourcing algorithms, providing expertise to ensure these accurately represent resource demand for the R&amp;D portfolio. They will also partner with the R&amp;D functions to execute the resource planning process for R&amp;D, and work with PMO and Portfolio Management Leads to drive an Integrated R&amp;D Portfolio Operations Model.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include creating, documenting, and maintaining algorithms to translate project schedules into resource demand over time, supporting the resource planning process and related systems, offering guidance, templates, and expert support for all stakeholders using resource planning tools, and assisting in integrated business planning by providing R&amp;D resource needs aligned with key programs and departmental plans.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor&#39;s degree with 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on, comprehensive knowledge about resource capacity management. They protested proficiency in Excel, experience using Planisware, strong analytical skills with proven ability to perform complex data analyses to support resourcing decisions, past exposure and understanding of modeling and forecasting of portfolio execution and corresponding resource demand, and demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships to successfully operate in a highly matrix-based organisation.</p>
<p>The annual base pay for this position ranges from $136,514 to $204,772, with eligibility for various incentives, including short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards, and commissions.
