<p>The position also develops and cascades global processes and procedural updates, ensuring that changes are communicated clearly and adopted seamlessly across Purchasing, STA, Product Development, and supplier personnel.</p>
<p>Overall, this position acts as a bridge between global process governance and local execution, ensuring that STA practices remain compliant, efficient, and continuously evolving. It requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and cross-functional collaboration to drive supplier excellence and support organisational objectives.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the enhancement and implementation of the Capacity Analysis Report (eCAR) to improve operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the IT team on solution development, testing, and successful project deployment.</li>
<li>Drive new feature enhancements and ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders for smooth integration.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and analyse large datasets, working closely with IT to refactor processes and optimise performance.</li>
<li>Train internal &amp; external suppliers on the new development.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BE Graduate, 3 to 7 years&#39; experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Quality Tools–Q1, Advance Product Quality Planning, PPAP, Global Product Development System (GPDS), Prevent Recurrence</li>
<li>Cross-functional working environment</li>
<li>Project management</li>
<li>Ability to speak and write English fluently to communicate with a global team effectively</li>
<li>Supplier Site Development and Program experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks; both administrative and analytical</li>
<li>Effective presenter and ability to develop executive presentation materials</li>
<li>Knowledge of managing SharePoint and programming in Excel / Access is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to train and effectively communicate</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and concerns</li>
<li>SharePoint Administration Knowledge</li>
