      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-oriented Corporate Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) Leader to lead our training department. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide learning strategy, ensuring our employees have the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to drive business success and support a culture of continuous growth.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building, implementing, and managing innovative, scalable, and measurable L&amp;D programs across a diverse organization.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Define and champion the overall L&amp;D strategy, ensuring alignment with the company&#39;s strategic goals, core values, and future talent needs.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to executive leadership and departmental heads to proactively identify critical skill gaps and performance needs across the organization.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Develop a comprehensive roadmap for all training initiatives, including leadership development, new hire onboarding, compliance training, technical upskilling, and professional development.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage and allocate the annual L&amp;D budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Lead the design, development, and curation of engaging, multi-modal learning content (e.g., in-person workshops, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning modules, blended learning, and performance support tools).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Oversee the effective implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards for all learning materials and instructional delivery.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Drive the adoption of modern learning methodologies, including gamification, microlearning, and social learning.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of L&amp;D professionals, including instructional designers, trainers, and learning technologists.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage and negotiate relationships with external training vendors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to supplement internal capabilities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the L&amp;D team.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master&#39;s degree preferred.</p>
</li>
<li><p>8+ years of experience in a dedicated Learning &amp; Development, Corporate Training, or Organizational Effectiveness role.</p>
</li>
<li><p>5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing a team of L&amp;D professionals, including budget management and strategic planning.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, change management, and the full training life cycle.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proven ability to work effectively and build consensus with senior executives and stakeholders across various departments.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in a rapidly scaling or complex, multi-site corporate environment.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Certifications such as CPLP, ATD, or relevant professional HR/OD certifications.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Deep knowledge of modern learning technologies, including experience administering and leveraging an enterprise-level LMS.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Physical Requirements:</p>

<li><p>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).</p>
