<p>As a Senior Experience Designer, you will use your creativity, passion, and knowledge of experience design, branding, and modern UI/UX practices to develop leading-edge experiences for highly engaged Football Club fans. You will work closely with the experience design team, game design, and our partners to create experiences that surprise, delight, and inspire millions of players around the world to play.</p>
<p>Your role will involve owning the design of player-facing features end-to-end, from early concept through ship, with a focus on creating moments of clarity, surprise, and delight across FC&#39;s UI and interactive surfaces. <p>You will push beyond established patterns, identifying where convention is serving players and where it&#39;s just inertia, then prototype new interaction models that raise the bar for what FC UI can feel like. <p>You will partner closely with Game Design, Engineering, and Production to ensure design intent survives implementation and that UI decisions are informed by gameplay context, not developed in isolation. You will champion craft standards across the XD team, mentor other designers, share what&#39;s working, and help build a culture where quality and inventiveness are the baseline.</p>
<p>We&#39;re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as an experience designer or similar role. You should be proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software. Your portfolio should demonstrate command of both form and function, where visual craft and interaction logic aren&#39;t competing but compounding into experiences that feel effortless and intentional.</p>

<li>You will have a good command of English</li>
<li>You will be a good communicator and enjoy working in a team</li>
<li>A first experience in accounting or finance is a plus</li>
