<p>You will also lead technical client workshops to understand current-state processes and support automation goals across Accounts Payable, Receivables, Treasury, Payroll, and bank statements/reconciliation integration. You will provide pre-mandate technical support for Request for Information / Request for Proposals (RFI/RFPs) and solution proposals.</p>
<p>You will deliver integrated solutions that streamline workflows and optimise client Enterprise Resource Planning / Talent Management System (ERP/TMS) usage, proactively identify technical blockers, and drive resolution to protect timelines and client outcomes.</p>
<p>You will finalise product and technical solutions post-mandate, documenting the approach in a statement of work; partner with project management to build plans, identify risks, and manage dependencies.</p>
<p>You will communicate effectively with stakeholders at country, regional and global levels; act as liaison across Client Service, Sales/Coverage, Product and Information Technology (IT).</p>
<p>You will manage a varied portfolio of complex, global integration initiatives, including piloting new GPS products/services.</p>
<p>You will simplify and challenge existing processes, contribute to continuous improvement and client experience outcomes, and provide feedback to product teams on client requirements and competitive landscape to drive enhancements.</p>

<p>We are now seeking a Trainee Company Secretarial Assistant to support and report to the Deputy Company Secretary, who in turn reports to the General Counsel. As part of this role, you will be a key member within the team, focusing on a wide variety of duties supporting and advising both the legal and corporate functions.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide support to the Deputy Company Secretary and the General Counsel in the discharge of their duties.</li>
<li>Support the Company&#39;s compliance with legal and financial obligations, including the Companies Act 2006 and requirements for overseas entities.</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation of the Company&#39;s annual report, including filing and communications requirements relating to the publication of the Company&#39;s annual report.</li>
<li>Maintain the statutory books and records of the Company&#39;s UK and foreign subsidiaries and the group&#39;s Diligent entity management system.</li>
<li>Draft minutes and resolutions for the Subsidiaries and lodge the required forms and annual returns with the relevant authority.</li>
<li>Support with the delivery of company secretarial services to group entities.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams, external advisers, and service providers, as appropriate, to ensure global compliance activities are up to date.</li>
<li>Provide support on corporate actions, including corporate restructurings, group acquisitions and disposals, entity simplification programmes, and other corporate actions.</li>
<li>Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the Company and keep up to date with market best practice and investor policies.</li>
<li>Ensure the group policy framework is kept up to date and approved by the relevant Board committee.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Educated to degree level.</li>
<li>Seeking to be a qualified company secretary and undertake the relevant professional qualification.</li>
<li>Some company secretarial, paralegal, or other relevant experience is desirable.</li>
<li>Computer literate, proficient in Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.</li>
<li>Committed to personal learning and self-improvement, including continuous professional development.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal and presentation skills along with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.</li>
<li>Well organised and self-motivated with good attention to detail.</li>
<li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced, high activity environment, on a wide variety of matters and able to handle the requirement to quickly shift from one situation or task to another.</li>
<li>Good research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Able to act with discretion, confidence, and diplomacy.</li>
<li>Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage but not required).</li>

As the Karting Event Operational Coordinator, you will be the face of FIA Karting on track, ensuring the operational success and high-level execution of international championships across the world.</p>
<p><strong>On-Site Event Management</strong></p>
<p>You will serve as the primary FIA contact point on-site for organizers, service providers, partners, and suppliers, representing management when necessary. You will oversee and lead the physical and visible preparation of venues, including paddock installation, hospitality setup, and the systematic installation and removal of FIA branding. You will manage practical operations during the event week, acting as the central problem-solver for teams, drivers, officials, and parents.</p>
<p>You will coordinate the FIA Karting team on the ground and act as the primary bridge between the local organizer and the FIA Karting administration in Geneva. You will facilitate and manage VIP visits, special guest protocols.</p>
<p><strong>Organizer Management &amp; Evaluation</strong></p>
<p>You will conduct pre-event venue visits and lead pre-season kickoff meetings with all international organizers. <p><strong>Profile</strong></p>
<p>You will have 5-10 years of professional experience in motorsport event management. You will have a proven track record as a Championship Coordinator or Sporting Coordinator within an ASN or professional racing series or motorsport promoters. You will have strong experience of motorsport operations; Karting experience is highly valued, experience in other motorsport disciplines is welcomed.</p>
<p>You will have a high level of resilience and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities under strict timelines in a high-exposure environment. You will be fluent in English (written and spoken) and have additional languages as an advantage.</p>
