Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end revenue billings for complex digital portfolios
• Posting JEs, including Sales Accruals, Close Cash, Fee Actuals, and Intercompany (ICO)
• Preparing and analysing key financial reports, including Transaction Register, Account Analysis Download Reports, and Trial Balance Reports
• Performing cash reconciliations and ERP reconciliations for ORI portfolios
• Owning and preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring resolution of variances and outstanding items
• Supporting revenue streams billings that are fully integrated with Oracle, as well as those requiring manual input or offline tracking
• Raising, monitoring, and escalating IT tickets related to billing and source data discrepancies
• Participating in Oracle ERP upgrades and system testing; validating results and reporting issues
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and efficiency improvements across revenue accounting workflows

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA / ICWA / CMA
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting, revenue operations, or shared service
• Good accounting skills and understanding of revenue recognition
• Proficient in ERP & Revenue systems, Microsoft Excel, and other collaboration tools in Microsoft Suite

You'll work at the intersection of technical accounting, regulatory compliance, and operational build-out. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain an existing function - it's for someone who wants to architect one and work closely with Engineering and Product.

Bank Accounting Infrastructure: Design and implement the Chart of Accounts, general ledger structure, and subledger architecture for the bank entity in accordance with call report and regulatory reporting requirements.

Regulatory and Call Report Compliance: Lead preparation of FFIEC Call Reports (FFIEC 031/041), FR Y-9C, and other regulatory financial submissions on a quarterly basis.

Financial Reporting and Controls: Review the bank entity's standalone GAAP financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and notes.

Team and Systems Build-out: Partner with Finance Systems and Engineering to implement or configure the bank's core accounting system, ensuring it supports regulatory reporting and audit requirements.

Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:

US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $199,900 - 249,900

US employees outside of the New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $179,900 - 224,900

Canadian employees (any location): CAD 189,000 - 236,200
