      <Description><![CDATA[<p>At the heart of BlackRock is the Aladdin Product team, which builds next-generation technology to transform how global investment firms account for and manage their investments.</p>
<p>Product Managers at BlackRock sit at the intersection of business and technology, applying their grounding in accounting principles to drive how we model investment data, automate accounting workflows, and solve our clients&#39; hardest operational challenges.</p>
<p>In this role, you will work closely with Aladdin engineers and other stakeholders to innovate, design, and pilot new capabilities, helping to simplify our clients&#39; most complex accounting problems.</p>
<p>Aladdin is our operating platform to manage financial portfolios, uniting data, operations, and technology across the full investment lifecycle. Aladdin Accounting extends these capabilities by delivering integrated investment accounting, performance measurement, and composite administration , all within a front-to-back platform.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Define and own the accounting product vision to expand Aladdin&#39;s capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Apply your accounting expertise to shape product requirements, data modeling, and system behavior and reporting.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with engineers to craft and deliver accounting and performance solutions for the Aladdin Accounting community.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Own the Aladdin Accounting roadmap from vision to delivery, driving alignment and execution through the Product Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) through the use of AI tools.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Stay ahead of industry, regulatory, and technology trends to identify opportunities for BlackRock and better serve our clients.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Understand and communicate accounting concepts and calculations to internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p>Desired Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>3- 6 years of work experience in product management or investment accounting.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated fluency in accounting fundamentals, including general ledger and journal entry principles, GAAP/IFRS and/or Statutory requirements, and financial reporting across asset classes (Securities, Alternatives, Mortgage Loans, or Derivatives).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with product and software development lifecycles, including interacting with product stakeholders, end users, and software engineers.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience leveraging AI in product management, connecting AI principles into the core product offering.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>In-depth understanding of investment accounting and performance reporting cycles, operational processes, and workflows.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong execution and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders, manage priorities, and mitigate business risk.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and collaborate across functions to drive shared outcomes without relying on authority.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience partnering with clients to shape or deliver product solutions.</li>
</ul>
