<li>Negotiate and administer commercial repair contracts and MSAs with private-sector shipyards and specialty subcontractors</li>
<li>Serve as primary technical point of contact with repair facilities; attend dock and sea trials on behalf of Saronic</li>

<li>Technical Oversight<ul>
<li>Develop repair specifications, work packages, and acceptance criteria grounded in ABS Rules and commercial practice</li>
<li>Conduct vessel condition surveys and pre-docking assessments; provide findings and recommendations to steer our MRO organisational processes</li>
<li>Establish a commercial-standard Planned Maintenance System (PMS) suited to Saronic&#39;s ASV fleet</li>

<li>Team &amp; Program Support<ul>
<li>Partner with internally to integrate MRO execution with Saronic&#39;s customer-facing teams to drive strategy, budget planning, and fleet readiness reporting</li>
<li>Mentor staff on commercial survey processes, ABS documentation, and yard QA</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of hands-on commercial maritime MRO experience - technical superintendent, owner&#39;s representative, or equivalent - with direct ABS survey and drydocking responsibility (not solely Oil &amp; Gas specific or Navy/government program management)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ABS rules and survey process (annual, intermediate, special, drydock); ability to prepare vessels for class</li>
<li>Hands-on technical competence: hull structure, propulsion, electrical, auxiliary machinery, HVAC</li>
<li>Commercial repair contract and MSA negotiation - private-sector, not FAR/DFARS</li>
<li>Willingness to travel regularly to shipyards and work in industrial/outdoor environments</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience</li>

<p>As a Senior Credit Operations Analyst - Loan Operations, you will own loan booking, quality control, disbursements, payoffs, lien tracking, and reconciliation, establishing single-point ownership over activities currently distributed across multiple teams. You will design and implement a formal quality control function between underwriting approval and loan booking, establishing a control layer that scales with Mercury&#39;s credit products and regulatory obligations. <p>The Strategy Execution Team is responsible for translating strategic objectives into fully operationalized initiatives. This team plays a critical role in driving business transformation by ensuring that high-level strategic plans are effectively implemented across the organization.</p>
<p>The Program Manager III will work with the Strategy Execution Team to ensure that programs are aligned with organizational strategic objectives and that governance controls are in place to ensure successful execution.</p>
<p>This role requires strong cross-functional leadership across both business and IT workstreams, with a particular emphasis on IT governance to ensure that technical components are delivered in accordance with organizational standards and strategic goals.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in a similar role, with experience delivering programs in business transformation, execution governance, or operational implementation. A Bachelor&#39;s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is required. Full professional proficiency in English is also required.</p>
<p>Other critical skills include technical acumen, stakeholder management, vendor management, detail-oriented, time management, strategic alignment, AI, and automation.</p>

<p>OpenAI’s Forward Deployed Engineering team partners with global pharma and biotech, CROs, and research institutions to deploy existing expertise across the R&amp;D value chain to help customers design and ship production-grade AI systems. We operate at the intersection of customer delivery and core platform development, converting early deployments into repeatable system standards and evaluation practices that scale across regulated environments.</p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to push the frontier on what is possible today across drug discovery (e.g., target identification, molecular design, pre-clinical) and development (e.g., trial design, trial ops, biostats) by leading end-to-end deployments of our models inside life sciences organizations and research institutions. You will work with customers who are deep experts in their scientific or operational domains, translating real-world data, infrastructure, and constraints into production systems.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Design and ship production systems around models, owning integrations, data provenance, reliability, and on-call readiness across research, clinical, and operational workflows.</li>

<li>Lead discovery and scoping from pre-sales through post-sales, translating ambiguous workflow needs into hypothesis-driven problem framing, system requirements, and an execution plan with measurable endpoints.</li>
