<p>We&#39;re seeking an experienced L4 People Technology Workday Developer to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions that power our HR and payroll processes.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate brings advanced, wide-ranging Workday expertise, applies creative and effective solutions to complex business problems, and guides the development of new approaches and best practices.</p>
<p>This role operates with a high degree of independence, mentors others on Workday functionality, and partners closely with the People Team, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Workday delivers scalable, business-ready outcomes.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Workday Configuration &amp; Enhancements</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead configuration of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking) on complex business requirements, applying in-depth evaluation to determine optimal approaches.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Architect and guide development of Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles; exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques on new assignments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead evaluation and adoption of new features with each Workday release; identify creative solutions and guide policy development for optimization across modules.</li>
</ul>
<p>Reporting &amp; Analytics</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and own advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports in Workday; apply in-depth analytical judgment to surface actionable workforce insights for senior stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drive data quality and integrity standards across Workday and connected systems; provide in-depth analytical insights to inform workforce decisions and cross-functional planning.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Own audit readiness through proactive reporting, documentation, and control frameworks; determine appropriate methods independently.</li>
</ul>
<p>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance</p>
<ul>
<li>Design and lead test strategies including test plans, scripts, and UAT coordination; exercise independent judgment in defining testing approaches and resolving complex issues.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead regression and functional testing for biannual Workday releases; determine procedures and guide team approach to ensure quality and business continuity.</li>
</ul>
<p>Collaboration &amp; Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Network with key contacts across functions; adapt communication style to diverse audiences and frequently advise others,including senior partners,on complex Workday matters, using persuasion and judgment to drive alignment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide expert-level Workday system support; independently diagnose and resolve complex issues, and develop scalable solutions that prevent recurrence.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Mentor and upskill team members and key users on Workday functionality; act as an internal subject matter authority on system capabilities and best practices.</li>
</ul>
<p>Here’s what we&#39;re looking for:</p>
<p>Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of hands-on Workday development or configuration experience (or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Advanced, wide-ranging knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields; proven ability to independently determine methods and techniques on new, complex assignments.</li>
</ul>
<p>Our cash compensation amount for this role is between $128,000 - $160,000/year in Denver, between $154,945 - $198,681/year for New York/San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.</p>

      <Title>Systems Engineer, People Support</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our People Systems team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our critical HR systems landscape including but not limited to Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, CultureAmp.</p>
<p>You will leverage your deep technical expertise and understanding of HR processes to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our HR technology solutions, supporting our global workforce. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with HR, finance, payroll stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive system enhancements and process automation.</li>

<li>Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.</li>
<li>Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.</li>
<li>Participate in Workday system upgrades, testing, and release management.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, working with internal teams and Workday support.</li>
<li>Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.</li>

<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>5+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits and Payroll.</li>
<li>Experience with Workday reporting, security, business processes, and integrations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience participating in system implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with HRIS governance, SOX controls, or automation tools is a plus.</li>
