<p>You&#39;ll partner with Global Marketing to localize paid acquisition strategies, messaging, and creative for Japan. You&#39;ll also build and scale Affiliate, CPL, and review site programs, ensuring strong performance and compliance with local market norms.</p>
<p>Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Operations is key to designing and executing ABM programs targeting strategic accounts. You&#39;ll also partner with Global Web and SEO teams to manage Japan domains and optimize localized SEO and content strategies.</p>
<p>Local brand-building efforts, including messaging, positioning, PR, and market awareness initiatives, are also part of your responsibilities. You&#39;ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Revenue teams to test messaging, refine positioning, and strengthen Dialpad&#39;s presence in Japan.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll own the Japan marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. You&#39;ll set clear objectives, KPIs, and forecasts across channels; regularly report on performance and business impact to regional and global stakeholders.</p>
<p>Finally, you&#39;ll manage external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed to support growth goals. Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing local marketing team as the business scales is also a key responsibility.</p>

<p>Anthropic is seeking a Field Marketing Lead to build and scale our field marketing and demand generation capabilities across EMEA. As a founding member of our EMEA field marketing function, you&#39;ll establish the programs and infrastructure that drive pipeline and revenue growth across diverse European markets, while supporting our mission of ensuring safe and beneficial AI development.</p>
<p>This role requires a sophisticated understanding of B2B marketing with demonstrated success in field marketing and working account-based marketing teams to create a regional growth engine. You&#39;ll develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth in partnership with Sales, Segment Marketing, Product Marketing teams, creating compelling programs and flywheel motions that empower the EMEA Sales team to achieve their revenue targets.</p>
<p>EMEA represents both our biggest international opportunity and our most complex challenge—a region where data sovereignty requirements, diverse regulatory frameworks, and sophisticated local competitors demand a fundamentally different approach than what&#39;s worked in North America. You&#39;ll work closely with EMEA sales leadership, the global field marketing team, and cross-functional partners to ensure programs directly support revenue growth and strategic account advancement.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Build and lead the EMEA field marketing function, establishing scalable frameworks and processes from scratch in the region</li>
<li>Drive field marketing initiatives across enterprise, while building scaled programs for startups, adapting strategies for diverse European markets and buying behaviours</li>
