      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re seeking a Character Artist with AAA game development experience to join our team working on an exciting, new and unannounced project. As a Character Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing 3D characters, vehicles, and environments for our AAA IP project.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Creation of 3D Character, Vehicle and Environment assets</li>
<li>Work closely with the Lead Artist to ensure the visual target is met or exceeded</li>
<li>Work within the engine to preview, iterate, optimize and polish assets to a quality bar and visual direction agreed with stakeholders, while respecting the technical requirements</li>
<li>Actively participate in technical and aesthetic problem-solving discussions</li>
<li>Review assets produced by outsource teams and provide technical and aesthetic feedback</li>
<li>Provide guidance and assistance whenever required to outsourcing vendors</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent quality of work while staying on schedule</li>
<li>Help the production team with tasks breakdown, prioritization and assignment among the art team</li>
<li>Maintain visibility of progress and where areas of production need assistance</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Character Artist on a shipped AAA or high-quality game project</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating Character art fundamentals</li>
<li>Good anatomical and proportions knowledge</li>
<li>Organic and hard surface modelling</li>
<li>Able to work from concepts</li>
<li>Proficiency with modern game engines (Unreal, Unity or proprietary engines)</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and iterate quickly based on feedback</li>
</ul>
