0837b60f-9ee Quality Engineer The Adler Pelzer Group is seeking a Quality Engineer for its Santhià (VC) facility. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures to ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of products, materials, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions using tools such as 8D reports, 4M, 5W+1H, etc.
  • Manage disputes with clients and communicate implemented corrective actions.
  • Support new projects by applying the APQP methodology, coordinating the creation of PFMEA.
  • Create and update Control Plans and inspection cycles.
  • Manage relationships with certifying bodies or client inspectors.
  • Analyze data from deliberations and scrap.
  • Perform periodic process/product audits.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Quality field (preferably in the automotive sector).
  • English language proficiency at least at level B1/B2.
  • Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of core tools (FMEA, APQP) and CSR.
  • Flexibility, analytical skills, teamwork, and problem-solving.
