Synthesia is seeking a Senior Brand Designer, Experiential to shape how the company shows up in experiential moments around the world. As a member of the Brand Design team, you will translate and expand Synthesia's brand into physical and experiential environments globally.
\nKey responsibilities include evolving the visual design of our event presence, designing booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets, and merchandise from design to production. You will also develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints, design for digital experiential moments, and storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes.
\nThe ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong hands-on events experience. They will be a multidisciplinary designer with a wide skill set and comfortable working across different mediums and crafts. Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and physical-to-digital brand translation is essential.
\nThe role requires a deep knowledge of print production and large-format design, fluency in Figma, and experience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motion. A strong sense of ownership, a proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset, and a producer mindset are also necessary.
\nThe successful candidate will be comfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agencies, and will have strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
\nNice to have skills include experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow to accelerate ideation, iteration, or content creation, experience in building websites in no-code tools such as Framer/Splash, basic 3D modular design, and industrial design knowledge.

\nWe're looking for a multidisciplinary designer with a wide skill set and comfortable working across different mediums and crafts. You should have proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences.
\nYou should be fluent in Figma, with the ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator. You should also have experience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motion.
\nA strong sense of ownership and a proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset are essential. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a small senior team and have a producer mindset: able to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
\nYou should be comfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agencies. Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders are also required.
\nSystems thinking and the ability to create scalable approaches for global execution are essential. Experience in B2B or tech environments is a plus.
