      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Staff, Advanced Analytics, Incentives to support our growth with innovative incentives to drive supply growth.</p>
<p>The individual in this role will focus on in-depth data analysis, metric definition, benchmark creation, experimentation, and synthesis to high-level insights for prioritization.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with business teams, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Analyze broad data to understand the impact of incentives on bookings, attach rate, revenue, profitability, occupancy, rebooking rate, churn, and other key metrics.</li>
<li>Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes.</li>
<li>Build dashboards to track key performance metrics across markets and customer segments to establish benchmarks.</li>
<li>Conduct A/B tests to improve business performance and maximize incrementality.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to align strategies and leverage synergies.</li>
</ul>
<p>Your Expertise:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of industry experience with a degree (Masters or PhD is a plus) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).</li>
<li>Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy setting.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in at least one programming language (Python or R) and SQL.</li>
<li>Experience with AI-assisted analytics (Claude, ChatGPT, etc).</li>
<li>Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis, and experience in applying these skills to derive insights from broad data sets.</li>
<li>Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner.</li>
<li>Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.</li>
<li>An agile, growth-minded approach, demonstrated through a history of driving projects from ideation to impact.</li>
</ul>
<p>Your Location:</p>
<p>This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.</p>
