<p>Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the mobilisation of the site and the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, including weekend work and shift-based availability, to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-footfall environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Delegate tasks to cleaning operatives and monitor performance.</li>
<li>Provide training and refresher training as required.</li>
<li>Proactively address cleaning defects or issues on the shop floor.</li>
<li>Complete daily health &amp; safety check paperwork and maintain training records.</li>
<li>Support operational planning and service readiness during mobilisation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain cleaning equipment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Good understanding of verbal and written English.</li>
<li>Some leadership experience and ability to motivate a team.</li>

<li>Awareness H&amp;S and COSHH regulations.</li>
<li>Must be computer literate.</li>

<p>The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the engineering and building services function at London Designer Outlet (LDO). This role ensures the centre’s mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting a high-quality guest and retailer experience.</p>
<p>The Maintenance Manager will oversee the engineering team, manage planned and reactive maintenance, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and uphold exceptional standards across all technical operations. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy retail and leisure destination.</p>
<p><strong><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></strong></p>
