<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and end-of-line inspection to ensure that products meet quality standards.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Quality Engineering to create inspection plans for incoming materials, parts, and assemblies from suppliers and monitor their compliance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Execute equipment calibration and material shelf-life verification programs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support Material Review Board processes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril&#39;s quality policy.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Technical or Associate&#39;s degree in a related quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering field.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience within the Aerospace industry.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with calibrated equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and CMM.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&amp;T) knowledge and understanding of dimension and tolerancing.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with inspection of Electrical and Electronic Components (Power Supplies, PCBs, wire-harnesses).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949, or similar QMS standard.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of FAIR, COC, production metrics.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering or related field of study.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Manufacturing processes and their related systems (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with auditing processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Detail-oriented self-starter with minimal oversight - strong ability to communicate with different cross-functional teams.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components. This role requires a strong ability to follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems. You will use various hand tools and power tools to put components together and combine different subsystems or components into a larger, functioning system. Ensuring compatibility and proper communication between integrated components is also a key responsibility. Proficiency with computer use, including standard browsers and word processing applications, is also necessary. The ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions is a must. Rapidly changing roles and responsibilities in a high-paced, challenging work environment is also expected. Effective communication with engineering and production teams is essential.</p>
<p>This role offers a competitive salary range of $23-$34/hour for Production Technician/Level 1, $25-$38/hour for Production Technician/Level 2, and $29-$43/hour for Production Technician/Level 3. The salary will be tailored to the individual&#39;s qualifications, including job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
