Staff/Senior Product Designer, Growth

We're looking for a Staff/Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team. As a Product Designer on Growth, you'll turn ambitious ideas into meaningful experiences that move the business forward. You'll partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to rethink our referral strategy, support our highest visibility campaigns, and lead 0 to 1 social features from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Build the loops that fuel growth. Design experiences that turn discovery into acquisition, engagement into advocacy, and happy clients into our strongest growth channel, driving new clients and net deposits.

Help define Social at Wealthsimple. Explore and shape new ways for people to connect with their financial lives, from profiles and discovery to creators and sharing investing activity.

Reinvent referrals. Rethink how people invite others to Wealthsimple, including seamless, real-world experiences like QR-based invites.

Make big ideas tangible. Shape high-visibility campaigns like Monthly Millionaire and Match, creating experiences that reach millions of Canadians and give people a reason to engage.

Experiment your way to impact. Prototype, launch, measure, learn, and iterate. Know when to double down, when to pivot, and when to move on.

Own the experience end-to-end. Move fluidly from discovery and strategy to interaction design, polished visuals, and thoughtful micro-interactions.

Shape what we build next. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear opportunities, influence roadmaps, and bring ambitious ideas to life.

Requirements:

Growth design experience. You've designed consumer experiences across acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention, and can point to the impact your work made.

An experimentation mindset. You're comfortable with A/B testing, funnels, and product metrics. You use data to sharpen your instincts, challenge assumptions, and make better decisions.

A point of view on social. You're curious about what makes products engaging, shareable, and trustworthy, and understand how social experiences can create sustainable growth.

Exceptional product craft. You bring strong UX and visual design skills, particularly in consumer mobile experiences, and care about the details that make a product feel intuitive and delightful.

A bias for action. You're comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and would rather test a thoughtful idea than debate it endlessly.

Strong collaboration skills. You communicate clearly, work naturally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and can bring others along with your thinking.

Curiosity about money. You're interested in how people think about, interact with, and build wealth, and want to make that experience better.

Benefits:

Top-tier health benefits and life insurance

Long-term group savings with employer match, through Wealthsimple for Business

20 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and unlimited sick and mental health days per year

Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager - Active Traders

Compensation

CA$112K – CA$145K • Offers Equity

Base salary range: For this role, candidates located in Canada can expect a base salary range, described in the posting. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.

Total compensation: In addition to base salary, permanent employees receive equity compensation. We use clear job levels and market-based salary bands to ensure compensation is fair and consistent across the company.

About the Role

Help build the engine behind what traders love

We are hiring a Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to power our Active Trader business. This is the person who turns strategy into shipped work, the operational backbone who keeps creative projects, compliance reviews, and campaign briefs moving on time and at quality. You don't need to be a trader yourself, but financial literacy and genuine curiosity about markets will help you move fast and speak the same language as the rest of the pod.

You'll be the connective tissue of the Active Trader marketing team. Where our Product Marketing Managers set direction and shape narrative, you make it real: building briefs, running the creative pipeline, managing legal and compliance review, and keeping every campaign coordinated across a busy set of stakeholders. You'll own the systems and rituals that let a small team ship a lot, without dropping details or missing a regulatory requirement.

You'll thrive here if you're energized by getting things organized, love making messy processes simple, and take pride in being the person everyone trusts to have the details covered.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

Own the campaign operating rhythm: Run the end-to-end workflow for Active Trader campaigns, from brief to creative to launch to results analysis so work ships on time, on message, and on budget. Build and maintain the trackers, timelines, and intake process that keep the pod aligned.

Write and manage briefs: Turn strategic direction into clear, complete creative and campaign briefs that give designers, copywriters, and partners everything they need. Chase down the open questions before they become delays.

Drive creative project management: Coordinate designers, writers, agencies, and cross-functional partners across concurrent projects. Manage scope, feedback loops, versions, and approvals so creative lands polished and on schedule.

Own compliance and legal review: Be the point person for getting marketing materials through legal, compliance, and regulatory review (e.g., CIRO requirements). Understand what's required, prep submissions cleanly, track approvals, and build the guardrails that keep us both fast and compliant.

Keep stakeholders coordinated: Partner daily with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Design, Legal/Compliance, and external vendors, making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

Track and report results: Stand up the reporting and post-mortem process so we know what shipped, what worked, and what to do differently. Keep budgets and timelines honest.

Leverage AI to streamline operations: Use AI tools to speed up briefing, drafting, reporting, and project coordination, and to remove friction from repetitive work.

What you'll bring:

5+ years of experience: in marketing operations, campaign management, creative/project management, or agency account/traffic management, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Proven project management chops: You've run multiple concurrent campaigns or creative projects end-to-end and kept them on time, on scope, and on quality.

Experience managing compliance or regulatory review: Financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a strong plus; you know how to move fast and stay within the lines.

Excellent briefing and written communication: You write clear briefs and crisp updates, and you make complex processes feel simple.

Financial literacy and curiosity about markets: You don't need to be an active trader, but you're comfortable with financial concepts and eager to learn the trader audience.

Sharp attention to detail: You catch the typo, the missing approval, and the date that doesn't line up.

Comfort with tools and light data: Familiarity with project management and marketing tools; basic comfort reading a dashboard or a simple dataset (SQL is a nice-to-have).

Fluency with AI tools: Experience using AI tools that boost productivity and reduce busywork.

Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity: You make things happen without waiting to be told.

Growth mindset and a service orientation: You take pride in making the whole team better and shipping quality work.

Why Wealthsimple?

Top-tier health benefits and life insurance

Long-term group savings with employer match, through Wealthsimple for Business

20 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and unlimited sick and mental health days per year*

90 days away: work outside Canada for up to 90 days per year*

Employee resource groups, including Rainbow (2SLGBTQ), Women of WS, and Black at WS

We are a hybrid team with over 1,500 employees across North America. The people are one of the best parts of working here: you'll collaborate with incredibly talented, curious, and driven teammates who are deeply committed to doing great work.

About the role

We're hiring a Growth Engagement Specialist to play a critical role in Wealthsimple's proactive client communication initiatives. This role is both technical and creative, where you'll work on the planning and execution of end-to-end growth marketing campaigns across Wealthsimple's brand and product ecosystem, using AI-assisted tooling to do it faster and better than ever before.

The ideal candidate is one who can think "client-first," who can balance multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing on quality, and who understands the interconnected technical and creative elements of consumer performance marketing programs , including where AI can meaningfully accelerate or improve that work. You'll be joining our multidisciplinary Growth organization where you'll work with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other growth and lifecycle marketers like yourself.

What you'll do:

Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (esp. in-app content, email and mobile push), including segmenting target audiences, orchestrating multi-channel journeys, building templates, QA & deploying campaigns, and reporting on performance

Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Braze's AI features, or similar) to improve QA, content generation, campaign briefs, and reporting, and help build repeatable AI-powered workflows for the broader lifecycle & growth teams

Ideate & experiment on growth engagement strategies/tactics, including personalization and content variation, to drive client acquisition, activation, retention and engagement

Split your time roughly 50/50 between partnerships (integrating and marketing new partner offers, growing perk usage/redemptions, and supporting sponsorship activations) and referral growth (running monthly campaigns and experiments to increase acquisition through referrals)

Analyze campaign and program performance; proactively report on campaign impact, client behaviours, and experimental results/learnings, using AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis where useful

What you bring

2-5 years hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred); demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to new tools and processes

1+ year experience coding for email, or equivalent HTML/CSS skill required; SQL experience a plus

Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g. Claude or similar) in day-to-day marketing execution, comfort experimenting with prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted QA, not just traditional tooling

Strong understanding of audience segmentation across channels, campaigns, and more required

Understanding of marketing technology best practices, including responsive design, inboxing/deliverability, and audience segmentation

Campaign performance analysis & reporting, A/B testing experience required; demonstrated experimental design ability a strong plus

Familiarity with key elements of lifecycle marketing acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies & tactics (esp. automated customer journeys, triggered comms, and multi-channel campaigns)

Experience with mobile marketing (e.g. push notifications, in-app messaging) is a plus

Proven success in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Creative, Engineering, Data, etc.) to set and execute against data-informed growth targets/OKRs

Why Wealthsimple?

Manager Software Development, Observability Platform

Build something people love

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration.

About the Observability Platform Team

The Observability Platform team exists to make production legible to every engineer and AI agent at Wealthsimple, on their first day and every day after. Every request, job, and user action produces a signal, and our job is to turn that signal into a fast, high-cardinality data asset that anyone can question.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

Build the wide-event data model at the heart of the platform. Lead an events-first foundation on open standards such as OpenTelemetry, including the schema, SDKs, libraries, and instrumentation defaults that make rich, consistent, high-cardinality telemetry the path of least resistance for every team.

Build the query foundation that connects people to production data, and make it legible to AI agents. Design the columnar or streaming backends, the tagging and context-propagation standards, and the access patterns, including protocols such as MCP, that let a business stakeholder, a service owner, an engineer, or an AI agent ask an unanticipated question and get a fast answer.

Connect production data to business impact. Tie telemetry to client experience and business outcomes through SLOs and user flows, so teams see a problem in the numbers that matter before clients feel it.

Define what observability means at Wealthsimple, set a multi-year roadmap, and align engineering and leadership behind it.

Own the tool and vendor strategy across the observability stack, including how we get the most from Datadog while reducing lock-in and managing cost.

Prove value on pilots. Start with one or two teams to validate the approach before scaling it across the organization.

Hire and lead the team, and own career development, performance management, coaching, and a culture of technical excellence.

Stay hands-on, and move fast with AI coding tools such as Claude Code fluently to prototype, unblock the team, and raise its bar for building with AI.

What you'll bring:

7+ years in software engineering, with a software development background. You build platforms as software, with the testing, design, and engineering rigor that implies.

Direct, hands-on experience treating telemetry as a data problem. You have designed wide structured events, managed high cardinality, and worked with columnar or streaming backends, sampling, tagging, and context propagation.

Direct experience building an observability, telemetry, or production-data platform before, so you are not learning the problem space on the job.

A track record of building SDKs and shared platforms in a platform, data, or foundations team.

Fluency with OpenTelemetry or an equivalent, and with SLI and SLO design that ties signals to client experience and business outcomes.

3+ years of engineering management experience, developing engineers and delivering complex initiatives through both growth and change.

The ability to set a vision, sequence the work, and move engineering and leadership toward it.

Strong people leadership and cross-boundary influence.

Nice to have:

Experience with columnar stores such as ClickHouse, streaming systems such as Kafka, or query engines built for high-cardinality analytics.

Experience building observability for LLM and agent-based workloads.

Familiarity with self-serve data access, semantic layers, or data cataloging that helps non-experts find and query the right signal.

Experience in a regulated or fintech environment.

Why Wealthsimple?

Top-tier health benefits and life insurance

Long-term group savings with employer match, through Wealthsimple for Business

20 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and unlimited sick and mental health days per year

Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.

The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

About the role

This role owns the partnerships that bring new clients to Wealthsimple. Every motion you own ladders up to one goal, customer acquisition, across both digital and real-world channels: partner-driven acquisition campaigns, referral partnerships that feed our business banking line, and brand and experiential sponsorships that let us acquire customers in person. The job is to turn partners and campaigns into net-new clients and deposits, and to convert our brand presence into people walking in the door, wherever they already are. You'll source, negotiate, and activate these partnerships end to end, and you'll build a lot of it from scratch. This is a builder's seat for a growth-minded commercial operator who thinks about acquisition wherever it happens, online or IRL.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

Drive acquisition campaigns with partners, including monthly millionaire: secure partner funding and co-marketing, and source smaller campaign partners to power specific moments.

Own referral partnerships for the business banking line end to end: source, sign, and drive the channel partners that send us new business clients and deposits.

Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing terms that work for both our clients and the business.

Own the acquisition targets: net-new funded clients and deposits from referral partners, campaign performance, and sponsorship reach and ROI.

Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product to activate every partnership well and measure its impact.

Skills you'll bring:

7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking or customer-focused industries.

Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial and acquisition outcomes and turning partnerships into measurable growth.

A growth and acquisition orientation. You've turned partnerships or campaigns into measurable client acquisition, online and in person, and you think in funnels, not just relationships.

Channel or referral partnership experience. You've built or run a referral or channel pipeline that produced real, attributable results.

Strong analytical and commercial skills, with real comfort in CAC, LTV, and attribution.

A strong network in Canada (and ideally the US) across relevant commercial, tech, and community ecosystems.

A 0-to-1 operator with high urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action.

Nice to have:

Brand experiential marketing experience, especially activations built to drive real-world customer acquisition, including agency and rights-holder relationships.

Business banking or SMB acquisition experience.

Product partnerships experience as it pertains to integrated referrals.

A results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes.

CA$124K – CA$155K • Offers Equity

Base salary range: For this role, candidates located in Canada can expect a base salary range, described in the posting. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.

Total compensation: In addition to base salary, permanent employees receive equity compensation. We use clear job levels and market-based salary bands to ensure compensation is fair and consistent across the company.

The Role

As a Senior Tax Planner on our Wealth Management team, you'll ensure that financial plans built for our high-net-worth clients are optimized for tax efficiency. Your job isn't to build a financial plan from scratch , it's to take an already sound plan and push it further: identifying every applicable strategy and maximizing tax alpha for each and every wealth management client we serve.

This is a role for someone who thinks like both a tax expert and a financial planner. You'll need the technical depth to spot the strategy, and the CFP-level fluency in financial planning to know how it fits into the bigger picture of a client's plan.

We move fast here, and we expect this role to move with us. Naive ambition is one of our core values , and this team pushes hard to find better, faster ways to do the work, including using AI as a genuine extension of how we operate.

Unlike traditional roles in this space, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.

What You'll Do

Review and optimize financial plans across our $1MM–$3MM client segment (with some exposure up to $5MM), ensuring every applicable tax strategy has been identified and applied

Maximize tax alpha for every wealth management client , finding the incremental value that even a good plan misses

Act as the internal liaison to our Advisor team on complex tax strategies, including building and modeling those strategies as needed

Apply your expertise to complex situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates

Support occasional client-facing conversations on sophisticated tax planning questions , note that you will not be providing specific tax advice directly to clients or acting in the capacity of their accountant

Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our "CPA Designed" financial planning offering

Bring an AI-native mindset to the role , using AI tools to work faster, model strategies more efficiently, and raise the bar on what the team can deliver

What You Bring

CPA designation required

CFP designation required, with genuine comfort and fluency in financial planning , this isn't a tax-only role

5+ years of experience in tax planning, wealth management, or financial advisory roles

Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and financial planning strategies

Proven track record of implementing effective tax optimization strategies for HNW clients

Experience with Conquest strongly preferred

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to advisors and clients alike

A client-first mentality in everything you do

An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to move faster and work smarter

Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset

Why You'll Love Working Here

A purpose-driven role focused on client outcomes, not sales targets

The chance to challenge industry norms and put clients first, for real

A fast-moving, ambitious team that isn't satisfied with the status quo

Access to cutting-edge fintech tools and an AI-forward way of working

Career growth in a rapidly expanding company

Competitive salary and benefits package

Be part of revolutionizing how wealth management is delivered in Canada

Helping define the data and underwriting infrastructure needed for SMB lending , including how to source, validate, and weigh business financial data alongside traditional bureau signals.

Influencing roadmaps across partner teams (Engineering, Product, Data Science, Fraud, and Client Experience) and implementing policy that drives measurable impact.

Direct experience underwriting or setting credit policy for small and medium-sized businesses.

Ability to write SQL hands-on to self-serve data and build monitoring and analytics.

Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

5+ years of experience in small business lending.

Knowledge of Canadian consumer credit bureau data (Equifax, TransUnion).

Experience with statistical/quantitative analysis.

Experience with Python, GitHub, Airflow, AWS Redshift, and dbt.

Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth

We are looking for a Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth to own how we acquire new Credit Card clients and deliver against ambitious growth targets.

You will own the growth model, projections, roadmap, and execution across every acquisition lever at our disposal. A major focus of the role will be building and scaling our offer engine , testing and optimizing sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth.

You will partner closely with Product on product-led growth opportunities and with channel leads across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, and other acquisition channels. Where there isn't an owner, you will build and run the channel yourself.

We are looking for someone analytical, highly hands-on, relentless about results, and willing to find or invent new ways to grow.

Responsibilities

Own the growth plan: Build and maintain the model for how we will hit Credit Card new-client targets, and translate it into a clear, prioritized growth roadmap.

Build the acquisition engine: Own the plan for delivering new clients across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels , partnering with channel owners where they exist and directly owning execution where they don't.

Own the offer engine: Develop and optimize sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth efficiently. Run a high-velocity experimentation program to continually improve performance.

Obsess over the funnel: Know the acquisition and application funnel inside and out, identify the biggest opportunities to improve conversion, and work closely with Product to prioritize the product growth initiatives that will have the greatest impact.

Deliver the number: Be accountable for hitting Credit Card new-client targets. Know where growth is coming from, where we are behind, and what needs to change to close the gap.

Requirements

A track record of building 0→1 growth playbooks, owning ambitious targets, and exceeding them.

Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible growth, not just develop strategy or manage programs.

A highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution.

A relentless, channel-agnostic mindset: you will use any channel that works , and build a new one if you need to.

Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive results through Product and channel teams without directly owning them.

Nice to Have

Experience in credit card growth

Experience building or optimizing incentive offer programs

Experience with credit card affiliate programs

Comfortable using SQL to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities

Benefits

Top-tier health benefits and life insurance

Long-term group savings with employer match, through Wealthsimple for Business

20 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and unlimited sick and mental health days per year

90 days away: work outside Canada for up to 90 days per year

Staff Product Manager, Connectivity Platform

Build something people love

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration.

About the role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own Wealthsimple’s Connectivity Platform, spanning two critical areas:

Brokerage & Bank Linking: How clients securely and reliably connect external financial institutions to Wealthsimple.

Public API: How clients and partners securely access and use Wealthsimple financial data outside of Wealthsimple.

Together, these capabilities define how Wealthsimple connects to the broader financial ecosystem, and how every product team inside Wealthsimple builds on the external financial data that flows through it. This role will set the strategy for that platform and turn it into a reliable, scalable and differentiated capability for our clients, our product teams and our partners.

What you’ll own

Connectivity Strategy

Set the long term vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple connects with the broader financial ecosystem.

Define the capabilities we should build ourselves, where we should rely on partners, and where we can create differentiated client value.

Develop a roadmap that balances immediate product needs with investments in reusable platform capabilities.

Brokerage & Bank Linking

Own the end to end experience for connecting external bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple , automated and manual, including how clients recover when an automated connection fails.

Improve connection success, reliability and coverage across institutions, and own the routing strategy that decides which connector handles which institution and flow.

Own the client experience, including institution selection, authentication, errors, recovery and connection management.

Drive reliability and AI Powered self-healing so connections detect and recover from failure without manual intervention.

Balance conversion against fraud exposure and operational load, making those tradeoffs deliberately with our risk and operations partners.

Develop the platform capabilities that allow Wealthsimple products to consume external financial data consistently.

Own relationships and product integrations with connectivity vendors such as Plaid and Flinks, and decide where our own connector should lead , including how much of the connector business Wealthsimple should be in long term and where it makes more sense to partner.

Public API

Own the strategy and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s Public API and external data connectivity.

Make it safe and easy for clients to permission their Wealthsimple financial data to the products and services they choose.

Define the platform capabilities required for authentication, consent, permissions, data access and partner integrations.

Identify and prioritize the partners and use cases that matter most to Wealthsimple clients.

Build toward a world where Wealthsimple is the financial institution where clients have the most control over their financial data.

Accelerate Wealthsimple and our industry toward open banking.

Skills you bring

You’re a strong product thinker who can operate across platform infrastructure, external ecosystems and client experience. You likely have:

Experience owning a platform, API, developer product or integrations platform, with a track record on metric-attached outcomes like conversion, success rate or reliability , not only feature delivery.

Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers on APIs, authentication, data models, routing and platform architecture.

Experience delivering through external vendors or partners whose roadmaps you don’t control, including making thoughtful build versus buy decisions and holding vendors accountable for product outcomes.

Comfort treating reliability as product work , error taxonomies, failure recovery, observability, and the operational load a product creates.

Experience weighing growth against fraud, risk and compliance, and holding both sides of that tradeoff.

The ability to turn a collection of technical capabilities into a clear product strategy and compelling long term vision, and to make the case for investing in it.

Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to understand reliability, conversion, coverage and product performance, including building the measurement where it doesn’t exist yet.

Excellent cross functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations and external partners.

A bias toward simplifying complicated systems rather than layering more complexity on top of them.

Nice to haves

Experience with open banking, Canada’s consumer-driven banking framework, or building to a data sharing standard

A background in financial data aggregation, whether at an aggregator, a bank, or a fintech consuming one

Experience shipping a public API or developer platform as a commercial product, including partner onboarding and support

What great looks like

You won’t just operate Bank Linking and ship API endpoints.

You’ll create a coherent connectivity strategy for Wealthsimple: making it easier for clients to bring their financial life to Wealthsimple, easier to move their financial data where they want it to go, easier for any team at Wealthsimple to build on that data, and increasingly less dependent on the slow pace of connectivity innovation from incumbent financial institutions.

You’ll also have made the case for what this platform should become , the metrics, the roadmap and the investment argument that get it there.

Why Wealthsimple?

Top-tier health benefits and life insurance

Long-term group savings with employer match, through Wealthsimple for Business

20 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and unlimited sick and mental health days per year

90 days away: work outside Canada for up to 90 days per year

Employee resource groups, including Rainbow (2SLGBTQ), Women of WS, and Black at WS

We are a hybrid team with over 1,500 employees across North America.
