We are looking for an Industrial Analyst to work alongside engineers, product managers, and customer success team to verify application functionality, usability, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or related field, and 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, IT, engineering, or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside engineers, product managers, and customer success team to verify application functionality, usability, and scalability.
• Create and execute software system validation and testing plans to ensure the application meets the specifications.
• Identify, document, and report system bugs and performance issues.
• Review product specification, FAQ, and documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in cross-functional team bug bash sessions.
• Test user interface and recommend opportunities for improvement.
