POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Customer Marketing Manager owns expansion and adoption marketing for our existing mid-market and enterprise customer base. You partner closely with customer success and product to define which signals predict an expansion-ready account, then build the framework that turns those signals into campaigns and outreach, shaping how this works from the ground up rather than inheriting someone else's playbook.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Own expansion and adoption marketing strategy and execution across our existing mid-market and enterprise customer base, co-owning an expansion revenue target with customer success alongside adoption and advocacy as parallel measures of success.

Own the signal framework behind that work (product usage, account health, and commercial data), built with customer success and product rather than inherited.

Design campaigns, lifecycle nurture, and journey maps for enterprise buying committees, reaching multiple personas and stakeholders inside an account and tied to adoption and expansion outcomes.

Own the customer advocacy and case study pipeline, sourcing, building, and maintaining a bench of reference-ready customers.

Partner with RevOps on customer data governance, targeting, suppression, and segmentation, give input on which events and activations serve expansion accounts with the Demand Generation team that owns events, and report regularly on adoption, expansion revenue, and retention influence.

Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools.

Build AI-enabled workflows, such as expansion signal scoring and account-level campaign orchestration, that customer success and the wider marketing team adopt, reviewing AI output before it reaches customers and using results to refine what you build.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

At minimum eight years in B2B SaaS customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion marketing, selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts specifically.

Strong cross-functional operating skill with customer success, product, and RevOps.

A track record of co-owning a revenue or expansion number with customer success, including the accountability conversations that come with sharing a target across two functions.

Experience standing up a signal or segmentation framework in an organization that didn't already have one, not just executing against a mature stack someone else built.

Real experience running account-based campaigns that reached multiple members of a buying committee, not a single champion.

A real portfolio of advocacy and case study work you've personally built, not just managed day to day.

A track record of improving data quality or governance with an ops partner, rather than working around a broken foundation indefinitely.

Experience with the following tools/technology: Salesforce and Marketo, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Demonstrated use of AI to drive an adoption or expansion outcome, a workflow, a signal model, or a campaign you built or directed, with results to show.

Comfortable operating services in a public cloud environment on Kubernetes, with familiarity around containerization, service meshes, and infrastructure-as-code

Demonstrated expertise managing memory, thread/coroutine concurrency, connection pooling, and payload optimization for high-throughput, latency-sensitive workloads

Hands-on daily use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and code review

Ability to critically assess AI-generated code and outputs for correctness, security, and performance before it reaches production

Compensation

Estimate Base Salary $175K – $225K • Offers Equity • $175K – $225K Bonus

We take a market-based and data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, location, and scope.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Sales (North America), the Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for building and leading our Enterprise Account Executive team across North America. This leader will own the full revenue motion, from new-logo acquisition through expansion and growth within existing enterprise accounts, covering pipeline generation, deal management, forecasting, and close, while hiring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing AE team.

The ideal candidate has extensive B2B sales and sales management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment, selling complex products into large enterprises and growing those relationships over time. We strongly prefer candidates from a similar or adjacent industry - specifically identity verification, fraud, or risk management - with deep familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Banking, Marketplaces, Gig Economy, AI/Technology, and/or Gaming verticals.

This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimise how work is performed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership & Management

Hire, develop, motivate, and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ramping new hires quickly to meet productivity goals across both new-logo and expansion targets

Set clear goals and foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and high performance

Coach AEs on deal strategy, opening and qualifying opportunities, account planning, and consultative/complex-deal selling techniques, including multi-threading and expanding within existing customers

Build an inclusive, diverse team culture where AEs feel supported to take risks, learn from losses, and grow

Pipeline, Deal Management & Forecasting

Own pipeline for both new-logo and expansion opportunities: coverage, velocity, and conversion across the team

Drive rigorous deal management , actively engaging in strategy for key opportunities, unblocking stalled deals, and reviewing deal health regularly

Drive expansion revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new use cases within existing enterprise accounts, partnering with AEs to build account plans and identify whitespace

Own accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting on new business and expansion revenue to the VP, Sales and leadership team

Support sales conversion by directly engaging with prospects and existing customers on strategic or complex deals

Champion the use of AI-powered sales tools (e.g., forecasting, deal intelligence, conversation intelligence, prospecting/enablement platforms) to improve pipeline accuracy, rep productivity, and deal execution

Strategy & Cross-Functional Partnership

Build a strategic plan for the NA Enterprise segment covering new-logo acquisition and expansion, with clear KPIs, targets, and timelines

Develop productive cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to support pipeline generation, deal execution, and account growth. Work closely with Customer Success on renewals, expansion plays, and customer health

Think creatively to devise winning sales strategies and go-to-market plays for target verticals, including land-and-expand motions

Help shape how AI is positioned within the sales narrative, including articulating the value of AI-driven identity, fraud, and risk solutions to prospects and existing customers

What You’ll Bring:

6+ years of experience in B2B sales management, with a track record of hiring, ramping, and scaling high-growth Enterprise sales teams that win new logos and grow existing accounts

Experience driving expansion and net revenue retention in enterprise accounts, including account planning, upsell and cross-sell, and executive-level relationship building within existing customers

Experience closing and expanding large, complex Enterprise deals, with a demonstrated ability to sell a complex product

Strong command of pipeline management, deal management, and forecasting disciplines, across both new business and expansion revenue

Proven ability to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve objectives, and to build inclusive, diverse teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, including the C-suite

Comfortable operating in an AI-forward sales environment: leveraging AI tools for forecasting, pipeline management, and productivity, and confidently articulating the value of AI-powered products to enterprise buyers and existing customers

Prior exposure to Fintech, Payments, Banking, Marketplaces, Gig Economy, AI/Technology, and/or Gaming verticals strongly preferred; GRC or KYC/AML software experience a plus

Position Summary:

The Chief of Staff at Trulioo is a critical leadership role that drives strategic alignment, operational execution, and organizational effectiveness at the highest levels of the company. Acting as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the CEO, you will ensure that executive priorities are translated into action, internal processes are optimized, and cross-functional collaboration is seamless.

You will work closely with the CEO and the executive team, serving as a thought partner, problem-solver, and operational lead across a wide array of strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, communication, and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and operational rigor, paired with the humility and flexibility to operate both behind the scenes and in leadership settings.

A defining part of this role is AI fluency: you will be the executive team’s go-to person for identifying where AI tools can remove friction, accelerate decisions, and free up leadership time and you’ll model that adoption yourself before asking others to follow.

This is a full-time position available on either a permanent or fixed-term basis, with a preference for a permanent hire. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set and sustain the operating rhythm. Own executive meetings, business reviews, board meetings, and offsites, including agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-through. Ensure everyone leaves clear on what was decided and who owns it.

Run the goal-setting system. Own the OKR process end-to-end, and give the CEO and leadership team an honest read on where the business actually stands.

Prepare the CEO for high-stakes moments. Build board materials, executive presentations, and briefings for critical internal and external meetings.

Lead what nobody owns. Find the gaps, lead the cross-functional initiatives that fill them, then hand them off cleanly. Expect two or three running at a time, including initiatives to identify, pilot, and roll out AI tools that streamline internal processes across teams.

Extend the CEO's reach. Shape communications for town halls, company updates, and speaking engagements. Stand in for the CEO where appropriate, knowing what to decide and what to bring back.

Be a candid thought partner. Help the CEO prioritize and pressure-test decisions.

Champion AI adoption across the executive team. Act as the internal evangelist and coach for practical AI use, identifying high-value use cases, vetting new tools, running lightweight trainings, and helping executives build AI-augmented habits into their own workflows.

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of experience in executive operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, project management, or business operations, preferably within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.

Proven experience supporting C-level executives or founders in a Chief of Staff, Business Manager, or Strategic Advisor role.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to connect the dots and drive clarity across complexity.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft high-impact executive communications.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.

High EQ and interpersonal intelligence - able to influence, mediate, and build trust across all levels of the organization.

Absolute discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Position Summary

Trulioo verifies businesses and the people behind them at global scale. Our Business Verification (KYB) product is the system enterprises and high-growth companies trust to onboard merchants, meet regulatory needs, and stop bad actors before they enter the platform - across 195+ countries, with the data, document, and watchlist coverage to back it.

We're hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of KYB - setting direction, leading discovery, and shipping new product classes that change how fast and how confidently our customers can onboard a business anywhere in the world. You'll have a point of view on where KYB goes next, defend it with evidence, and change it when the evidence says otherwise. We need a strategic operator who can take new capabilities from concept to launch, adoption, and revenue-generating.

This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed.

This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). However, this role can be done remotely for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategy and roadmap for key KYB capabilities - including the prioritization trade-offs, the bets we're making, and the work we're explicitly not doing

Customer discovery to develop a deep understanding of enterprise and SMB onboarding, risk, and compliance workflows, translating customer problems into clear product narratives, business cases, and launch plans

Market and competitive analysis to identify where KYB needs to lead, where parity is enough, and where new product classes should be invented

Detailed technical requirements developed with Engineering and Data teams, including APIs, platform workflows, data needs, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and trade-offs that unblock execution and support global scale

New product launches end-to-end - partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to land new capabilities with enterprise and SMB customers

Define and manage success metrics such as adoption, conversion, verification rate, match quality, processing time, manual review reduction, revenue impact and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring:

5+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping work that moved measurable business or customer outcomes

Technical fluency - comfortable specifying API behavior, reasoning about platform and data architecture trade-offs, and engaging with engineers as a peer on scope, edge cases, and build-vs-buy decisions

Analytical rigor - defining the right metrics, instrumenting learning loops, and using data to drive prioritization decisions

Customer discovery - regularly talking to customers and internal teams, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals, and separating urgent asks from durable product opportunities

Go-to-market experience taking new products from concept through launch with sales, marketing, and CS - ideally including enterprise selling motions

Stakeholder management and influence without authority across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Compliance, including driving durable alignment on difficult trade-offs

AI fluency as a default - you use modern AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, prototyping, and engineering communication

Clear written communication - your strategy docs and PRDs should require minimal interpretation

Nice to Have:

Background in KYB/KYC/AML, merchant onboarding, identity verification, risk, RegTech, financial services, payments, or e-commerce platforms

Experience shipping AI-powered features, including evaluation methodology and reasoning about non-deterministic outputs

Experience with global product surfaces - multi-jurisdiction compliance, localization, or international data sourcing

Interview Process:

At Trulioo, we strive to create an interview experience that is transparent, engaging, and respectful of your time. Our process is designed to help us learn more about your skills and experience while giving you insight into our team, culture, and the impact of the work we do.
