      <Description><![CDATA[<p>This position reports to the RTS Chief Mechanic, based in Banbury, UK. Responsible for the RTS mechanics group, coordinating workflow, along with the build and servicing of Haas F1 car parts and pit equipment.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Ensure car components assembled by the RTS mechanics are consistently built to the highest standards and correct build specifications. Accountable for the build and maintenance of all pit stop equipment, such as wheel guns and jacks.</p>
<p>Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of off car and other associated garage equipment, such as rigs, fans, stands and alike. Work with the parts coordination teams to ensure component quantities are aligned with trackside expectations and allocations, with all parts transferred and located digitally in D365 and built in Lifecheck.</p>
<p>Work closely with the design and engineering groups to resolve technical challenges and fault fixes. Have a good understanding of all car parts, process, and procedures. Follow Lifing and UIIL requirements to ensure full compliance is met in line with the regulations.</p>
<p>Assist and support chosen departments to facilitate Turnarounds, Engineering Projects, Car Builds and Event Support. Follow all safety regulations in all venues.</p>
<p>Education and Work Experience:</p>
<p>Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar mechanical role within Formula 1, World Sports Cars, or F2 is preferred.</p>
<p>Specialized Knowledge and Skills:</p>
<p>Comprehensive mechanical understanding gained in Formula 1 motor racing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and information pertaining to assembly, periodic updates and modifications.</p>
<p>Ability to consistently work to the highest standards with an exceptional attitude towards attention to detail. Basic fabrication and machining skills. A sympathetic approach to your work colleagues and an ability to integrate within a group environment.</p>

<p>This role reports to the Electronics Operations Manager or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK. The role supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance. <li>Ensure an effective electronics parts supply to all events.</li>
<li>Working with various departments and technical partners this role will ensure components are delivered correctly and timely to the trackside electronics department.</li>
<li>Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.</li>
<li>Management of the Electronic parts and assemblies within Haas component life system.</li>
<li>Creation and management of component service schedules and return lists from events.</li>
<li>Working with external suppliers and technical partners to ensure correct and timely component delivery.</li>
<li>Working with Operations Manager and design team to produce long range component forecasting for internal manufacturing department.</li>
<li>Maintain internal stock levels for components and consumables to ensure seamless operation of internal manufacturing department.</li>
<li>Work alongside procurement and stores to create and publish the component list delivered to each event.</li>
<li>Working with the trackside team to ensure trackside turnaround lists are actioned and prioritized within the electronics department.</li>
<li>Provide predicted quantities for each event and mitigate any risks due to parts shortages.</li>
<li>Works with the procurement department to filter the shortage list and highlight components which need to be re-ordered.</li>
<li>Creation of part numbers in the Haas ERP system with the correct attributes to allow buyers to order parts and finance to track the spend accurately.</li>
<li>Develop tools to make the electronics parts control more efficient and effective.</li>
<li>Trackside support of the race team as deemed by the Electronics Operations Manager to mitigate risk and improve processes.</li>
<li>Follows and enforces safety practices in all venues.</li>

<p>General Summary:</p>
<p>This position reports to the Deputy Chief Design and Structure, is in Maranello (Modena), Italy. Contributes to car performance by assisting in the development of lightweight structures. In this role, the Structural Group Assistant Intern collaborate with the structures group to work on material properties catalogue, definition of testing protocols, and calculation of various structures.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Education and Work Experience:</p>
