Support the onboarding process for new employees by facilitating ID badge issuance and access provisioning. Prepare daily logs, visitor reports, and incident documentation as required. Participate in regular security and customer service training programs.</p>\n<p>Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or security/access control roles.</p>\n<p>Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations. Familiarity with access control and visitor management systems preferred.
