<li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Organize and maintain inventory by labeling, categorizing, and storing products in designated locations. Use inventory management systems to track stock levels, conduct periodic stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.</li>
<li><strong>Order Picking, Packing and Shipping:</strong> Retrieve items from the inventory based on pick tickets, customer orders. Pack items securely and accurately, ensuring they are properly labeled and prepared for shipping. Prepare shipping documents, labels, and manifests for outgoing shipments. <li><strong>Process Returns:</strong> Receive and process returns from customers according to established procedures. Inspect returned items for damage or defects, determine the appropriate course of action (e.g., restocking, repair, disposal), and update inventory records accordingly.</li>
<li><strong>Stock Replenishment:</strong> Restock inventory as needed to maintain optimal levels.</li>
<li><strong>Equipment Operation:</strong> Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and transport goods safely and efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.</li>
<li><strong>Quality Control:</strong> Inspect products for quality and accuracy, identifying any defects, damages or errors. Report and resolve discrepancies with supervisors or appropriate personnel.</li>
<li><strong>Data Entry and Documentation:</strong> Enter relevant data into computer systems or inventory management software to update records, track shipments, and generate reports. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all warehouse activities. Use scanner.</li>

<p>Assist the US Senior Motorsports and West Coast Manager, Commercial Director and sales teams of Racing Force in generating sales and achieving the sales targets by providing outstanding sales and customer service support to retail customers, customers placing orders on racing force brand websites including OMP, Bell Racing and Racing Spirit and dealers as needed. Oversee sales of the Corona, California Pro Store sales floor, answer the 800-phone line, assist with motorsports driver and team sales.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sales – Corona, California Pro Shop Sales</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage sales floor of the showroom including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work with the US Senior Motorsports and West Coast Manager and Commercial Director to determine the products sold and displayed in the Pro Store</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the in-store sale, invoicing and delivery of Racing Force products with the warehouse team</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate regular inventory transfers and shipments to maintain stock levels. Responsible for all sellable inventory and accurate inventory management including products provided to athletes for sponsorship</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist retail and walk in customers and help them with proper product sizing, and selection. Develop and maintain outstanding customer relationships and provide excellent customer service</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all sales orders. Work with distribution to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the square retail order entry cash register and deposit of funds in the local PNC branch. Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile payments collected to specific orders as needed</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a working and thorough knowledge of Racing Force products and be able to answer consumer questions regarding features and benefits for the products sold on brand websites and retail stores</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Research and pilot sales and merchandising techniques and methods to enhance the consumer experience of buying helmets and assist in sales training</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist the motorsports team with athlete sponsorship orders and VIP discount orders as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist with local and west coast sales events and promotions, attend occasional trade shows as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Authorized to offer a maximum discount in square off retail pricing for in-store sales. All other incentives for retail sales should be approved by management</li>
</ul>

<li>Assist with B2B sales orders entry</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Customer Service</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support and facilitate technical questions as needed and coordinate technical support services to external clients</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for all customer service and technical inquiries from Racing Force brand websites</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Answer customer questions on products, pricing and product availability</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Help troubleshoot customer issues and provide a resolution</li>
</ul>

<li>Responsible for making sure e-mail inquiries are responded to in a timely manner by the sales staff</li>

<li>Maintain working knowledge of Racing Force products and how they function</li>

<li>Answer the 800 line, provide customers service support as needed</li>

<p><strong>Warehouse &amp; Distribution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the warehouse employees with sales orders generated from walk-in traffic in the Pro Store</li>
</ul>

<li>Use the hand-held scanner to transfer inventory between the main warehouse to the Pro Store</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct inventory counts of the Pro Store as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 years of sales or customer service experience required, experience in racing preferred</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to detail</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lead, motivate others and contribute to a team atmosphere</li>

<li>Fluent in English and Spanish as a secondary language preferred</li>
