This includes the strengthening of customer-oriented service culture, the development of measures to promote product and after-sales sales, and the organization of training and knowledge transfer.

What you need

  • abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf Hochschulniveau (z.B. Fachhochschule)
  • Grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Servicebereich der Automobilbranche
  • Führungserfahrung
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Bürosoftware und sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen
  • Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache, Englisch von Vorteil
