Your tasks will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the People &amp; Culture team with a variety of tasks in the Human Resources department</li>\n<li>Responsibility for the complete employee lifecycle of our students: from recruiting to onboarding and support to offboarding</li>\n<li>Collaboration with the Student Leads as well as organization and accompaniment of Student Lead workshops</li>\n<li>Support of the People Partner teams with various HR topics</li>\n<li>Taking over administrative tasks such as scheduling, general correspondence, and other organizational tasks in the daily business</li>\n<li>Creating certificates of employment and other legally relevant documents</li>\n<li>Active participation in specific projects of the holistic HR management - bring your ideas and shape with!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Studium of Business Administration, Business Education, Business Psychology or comparable, ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management</li>\n<li>First practical experiences in the field of Human Resources, e.g. through internships or work-student activities</li>\n<li>Secure handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage</li>\n<li>Fluent German and English skills</li>\n<li>Independent, structured work style and organizational talent</li>\n<li>Developed team and communication skills as well as helpfulness</li>\n<li>Engagement and passion for the HR field as well as joy in taking responsibility</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why this matters</strong></p>\n<p>This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the HR field and contribute to the success of Porsche Digital.
