Significant hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite/Cloud) preferred. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with data analysis tools. Experience leading or participating in global transformation projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, high-priority initiatives. Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Ability to be strategic yet possessing a process-oriented mindset; with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
