As Sr. Director of Product Engineering and Quality, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and driving the technical vision and roadmap for our products or services, aligning with company goals and objectives.

• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

• Managing engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.

• Establishing and maintaining rigorous quality standards and processes for software development, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer support, to understand requirements and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in product engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects from conception to launch.

• Deep understanding of product development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.

• Experience working in or with gaming or consumer products is a plus.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA. The starting base pay for this position is $185,000—$240,000 USD per year.
