<li>Ensure content is built with a strong understanding of how people consume, engage with, and share content in feed.</li>

<li>Establish clear, repeatable production processes across social and brand content, including project intake, creative briefing, timelines, approvals, and delivery.</li>
<li>Ensure systems are in place, in partnership with NASCAR Productions, to properly archive, tag, and store all brand content for discoverability and reuse across the broader NASCAR ecosystem.</li>
<li>Partner with production management to align production workflows, schedules, and resourcing across daily content, tentpole moments, marketing initiatives, and paid social campaigns.</li>
<li>Set standards for shot lists, post-production workflows, file management, and versioning to reduce friction and increase efficiency.</li>
<li>Create feedback loops between performance data and production decisions, helping teams learn what works and iterate faster.</li>
<li>Work closely with colleagues to align production with platform strategy, audience goals, and content strategy.</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships across Brand, Social, and Marketing teams to ensure content is planned and produced collaboratively, not in silos.</li>
<li>Guide approved ideas from conception through production, ensuring teams are clearly briefed, aligned on expectations, and set up to execute efficiently.</li>
<li>Help shape original formats and repeatable franchises that showcase drivers, unlock access, and add depth to NASCAR’s content strategy.</li>
<li>Oversee social and digital video projects from start to finish, owning timelines, budgets, resourcing, and delivery standards.</li>

<li>Schedule and moderate weekly meetings between Competition, tracks, and broadcast partners to discuss upcoming week events and logistics.</li>
<li>Manage department support of partner needs at media days, production/marketing shoots, etc.</li>
<li>Maximize affiliate relationships and integrate with marketing initiative, tracks, etc.</li>
<li>Distribute weekly event logistics and materials to broadcast production groups.</li>
<li>Analyse commercial formats and work with networks to optimise to enhance viewing.</li>
<li>Act as the on-site Broadcasting contact for select race events.</li>
<li>Create and edit presentation materials and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, and other programs as needed.</li>
<li>Additional projects, as assigned to support broadcast partnerships and NASCAR&#39;s growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Travel: Approximately 25%, including weekends during race seasons</li>
