As the Manager, Undergrad Recruitment, you will cultivate relationships with university stakeholders and local partners, and enhance MLT&#39;s visibility within targeted markets through events, workshops, and community engagement.</p>\n<p>Your primary responsibilities will include executing targeted campus recruitment strategies, building and maintaining relationships with university faculty, student organizations, and community-based partners, and representing MLT at campus events and info sessions.</p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor&#39;s degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in undergraduate recruitment, admissions, student affairs, or related outreach roles.
