security, including network, storage, user access, and more</li>\n<li>Responding and solving key customer-reported issues in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Participating in an on-call rotation</li>\n<li>Spearheading the adoption of AI-driven development workflows, integrating LLM-based tools into the SDLC to accelerate feature delivery and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Python, with deep technical troubleshooting skills and extensive experience building backend APIs and skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred skills include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with AWS preferred, including AWS Cloud Infrastructure certification</li>\n<li>Experience with data privacy concerns such as
