<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Generating new business referral opportunities for Wealth Centre, Wealth Direct, Mortgage, and Private Bank</li>
<li>Communicating HSBC Group international capabilities and benefits in servicing cross-border banking needs through clear, professional discussions</li>
<li>Increasing share of wallet with clients through focused outbound calling, using a lead-based approach to client management</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities using a structured sales process, including appropriate analysis and preparation of presentations and pitches for additional products/services</li>
</ul>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible, proactive, client-centric, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be willing to work flexible shift schedules (08:00 AM–05:00 PM ET).</p>
