• Have at least 10+ years in consulting roles or worked with software vendor with significant expertise in Manufacturing solutions and demonstrate deep knowledge and proficiency in PLM / R&D systems, MES, and integration with the Supply Chain.
• Have Industry experience in specific sectors including either of Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Life-Sciences/Pharmaceuticals and demonstrate deep knowledge of R&D Operations including its challenges and opportunities.
• Have expertise and experience in analysing clients' strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities including process improvements to meet business objectives.
• Have experience and expertise in assisting client business case development by estimating technology and implementation costs and effort estimation using own experience and Infosys guided estimating tools.
• Have awareness and hands-on experience of all aspects of designing and constructing end-to-end solutions, including application integration and cloud architectures.
• Have knowledge of existing, new, and emerging digital technologies and being able to practically apply them for R&D / PLM / NPD operational processes.
• Have knowledge of enterprise systems including ERP, PIM & DAM.
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).
• Have project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
