<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant experience of 5+ years and above.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of running/managing UNIX-like operating systems (we use Ubuntu).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security architectures, and identity and access management (IAM) principles.</li>
<li>Experience with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and securing containerised environments.</li>

<p>We are looking for curious individuals to analyse and generate insights for Helpshift engagement and performance. You will be working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyse the data and deliver insights to enable business decisions. As a data analyst, you will need to define &amp; monitor key performance indicators for the product and expedite product diagnostics using data. You will be shaping the future of the product at Helpshift.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.</li>
<li>Proficient in SQL and Python</li>
<li>Experienced in presenting insights using visualisations with tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Sigma or equivalent</li>
<li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and support strategic decisions</li>
<li>Experienced in data modelling and enjoys uncovering trends in the data</li>
<li>Support ETL/ELT processes and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability</li>
<li>Utilize Python and AWS cloud tools to automate data workflows and analysis tasks.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, Curious &amp; detail-oriented</li>
<li>Enjoy working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to shifting conditions, priorities, or deadlines.</li>
