About the Role

No two days are the same at Goodwood. One moment you'll be helping a customer find the perfect gift, the next you'll be supporting our Operations team at one of our spectacular Member events. You'll make sure our spaces look beautiful, our systems run smoothly, and every customer leaves with a smile.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and offering a warm, knowledgeable and intuitive service
• Supporting the daily running of our shops, from tills and stock to presentation and displays
• Keeping systems up to date and ensuring orders and returns are handled with care
• Deliver seamless Membership renewals, smooth onboarding for new members, and an exceptional member experience across all touchpoints
• Helping us maintain beautifully presented retail spaces
• Playing your part in delivering our iconic Goodwood events throughout the season
• Assisting with stock movement, stock takes and general shop operations

What You'll Bring

You'll enjoy working with people, have a strong eye for detail and bring a positive, proactive approach to each shift. Retail or Golf experience is an advantage, but just as valuable is your enthusiasm, reliability and pride in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
