      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Future Publishing is looking for an SEO &amp; GEO Analyst to join our Audience team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.</p>
<p>Search is evolving rapidly. Alongside traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences and generative interfaces are increasingly shaping how users discover information. As a global digital publisher, we are actively supporting both our own brands and commercial partners in navigating this shift.</p>
<p>As an SEO &amp; GEO Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing performance data, identifying trends and supporting optimisation strategies. You will ensure our content remains discoverable in a fast-changing search landscape.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the SEO &amp; GEO Innovation Manager and working within a specialist optimisation team</li>
<li>Analysing performance data, identifying trends and supporting optimisation strategies</li>
<li>Ensuring our content remains discoverable in a fast-changing search landscape</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in an SEO-focused role</li>
<li>Understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation and performance measurement</li>
<li>Confidence working with large datasets and identifying actionable insights</li>
<li>Experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog and similar platforms</li>
<li>Experience building clear, insight-led reporting for stakeholders</li>
<li>An interest in how AI is shaping search and content discovery</li>
<li>Knowledge of Python, SQL or BigQuery is desirable but not essential</li>
</ul>
<p>The expected range for this role is up to £35,000. This is a hybrid role from our Cardiff or Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home. This is a fixed-term contract role for 6 months.</p>
